"Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.
Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled. Nonetheless, looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.
Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for."

"Questo hotel è l'hotel più dettagliato in cui ho soggiornato in Canada! La posizione è sulla strada pedonale, l'arredamento è squisito, il bagno è pieno di L'Occitane e ci sono due paia di pantofole! Amato, anche il caffè è un'ottima marca. La prossima volta che andrò a Victoria, non guarderò mai nessun altro hotel. L'elogio a cinque stelle è sicuramente degno di questo."

"We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous.
However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly.
Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall."

"這是一家舒適型酒店！而且是下沉式構型，一樓地勢略低，很有意思。
酒店選址極好，就在議會大廈邊上的酒店區裏面，邊上就是days inn，太平洋，大使館等等，但因為地勢的關係，一樓看不見內港。
房間很大，設施和其他酒店一樣不供應牙膏牙刷拖鞋梳子，園景房有露台，隔出個角落作為廚房和咖啡間，房間的陳設很舒服。
停車會連按金帶13塊停車費一起收100塊，退按金很快，退房當天就會把按金返還。
晚上遊玩內港或Downtown回來，經過議會大廈馬上就能回店，那種住在核心區的感覺，感覺就是很舒服，很大氣，比downtown另一家bw的感覺好到不知哪裡去了。
而且還便宜！"

"LOVED my stay here. A hidden gem in Victoria. It’s in James Bay (just on the cusp of downtown). I had a one bedroom queen suite, with an incredible view of the parliament buildings and downtown. I opened all of the blinds because I loved the view of the city scape at night. My room was spacious, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The soaker tub was perfect after a long day on the road. The bathroom was huge. Robes and slippers are always a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from other units or from outside. The hotel is tucked away in a residential area. The front desk agent was very friendly upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. Secure underground parking was perfect. 10/10 will stay here again."

"La stanza era spaziosa e il servizio era grande! L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica per fare avventura in centro a piedi. Parcheggiamo nel loro parcheggio sotterraneo mentre eravamo lì. Anche quando abbiamo controllato, ci è stato permesso di tenere la nostra auto nel lotto fino alle 4 pm (ma confermare con il desktop frontale solo incassare)."

MMillennial_saysThe moment you arrive at the hotel, you feel right at home. It's a small boutique hotel with a European flair. Imagine staying at grandma's house, where everything is taken care of and all you have to do is sit back, relax, and soak up the cozy atmosphere. We stayed on the second floor, and I'd like to point out that this hotel does not have an elevator. This hotel has a recreation room, a small restaurant attached to the main house, an outdoor seating area for breakfast, a small bar, and a gift shop. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is also important to consider. It is a short walk from downtown Victoria, where the main shopping street is located.

UUtente ospiteI was in Victoria for a conference at the Conference Center, and Chateau Victoria's location couldn't have been better! Perfect walking distance with great stops for coffee, lunch, or dinner along the way. The Chateau staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions I had and you HAVE to visit the restaurant, Vista 18. There isn't a bad seat in the house with windows overlooking the town in all directions. My server, Scott, gave a fantastic dinner choice (halibut) which ranks in one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Excellent wine and cocktail choices as well as desserts - as tasty as they are visually delightful. My room had everything I needed including a Nespresso and a small fridge. I WILL BE BACK! 5 stars.

UUtente ospiteThis is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything.
BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide!
Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer.
And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away!She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing.
Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!

UUtente ospiteAvid traveller and honest review. Booked 3 days and got an older room with a plug in oil heater and fan because baseboard not renovated. Crowded plug in and power bar behind a dusty tv to run it all. But budget so rather expected a few things. Had to stay one more day so booked online , got a better room but upon arriving found a young women passed out briefly with a “pipe” in her hand right at the entrance and because children where on premise I reported as I booked in and it seemed blown off. A man then lead said girl in who was obviously “working” but also in no shape to give consent and I said to the clerk exactly that as well that she had blood down the back of her legs, who seemed to blow it off. I am disturbed with the fact that the young woman was easily going to be victimized. So , if you are ok with that, and no guarantee of your room quality then this is the place . Horrible accommodation, no ,I’ve seen worse, and second room was certain up to par, but the neighbourhood may also allow for other types of “stays” it seems because it was absolutely blatant. But hey, it was cheap!

UUtente ospiteThe Accent Inns Victoria is a MUST STAY! A friend and I arrived last night for one night as we had a friend having surgery at Royal Jubilee Hospital. Amanda at check in was so awesome. She was friendly, fast and so helpful with all of my questions and even gave me an extra duck! Our room was immaculate, smelled nice and the beds were so comfortable. Extra pillows in the closet was a definite bonus! The location from the hospital couldn’t have been better. And the lobby is awesome because they have a coffee machine and tea so you can fill your to go mugs and be on your way! Bin 4 burger is attached so grabbing a bite and drink was so convenient. 10/10-I would recommend this motel to anyone and look forward to staying there again!

We took Uber direct from Victoria Airport to hotel only 37 mins. Connector bus terminal just right at the corner which we took on the way back direct to Vancouver Airport.
It is right at the center of downtown, walking distance can reach major Victoria's key tourist destinations and very accessible to many eateries nearby.
The hotel is clean and simple, but not too many facilities. Only have one Starbucks and a Pizza corners serving breakfast and pizza in evening. But with the accessible location, its all good. I will definitely return since its really a convenient location with value for money room rate.

UUtente ospiteUn posto molto accogliente dove ti senti come a casa, le amiche delle persone sono una grande cattura, le 2 ragazze che hanno iniziato a preparare il vostro colazione sono sempre indossate un sorriso dolce che ti rende giorno con grande inizio, Gloria e Darren prendono sempre il miglio per fare suggerimenti per i luoghi di visita e di cenare a vostre preferenze, l'uomo incaricato, Sam, mi ha davvero impressionato quanto andassero a fare un business alberghiero convenzionale con grande preoccupazione di essere Green, la squadra lì fa differire da altri e consiglio chiunque sia a visitare Victoria per prenotare la tua stessa coppia di notti lì

UUtente ospiteIl personale di servizio è stato molto gentile, cosa che ho apprezzato. Ma ci sono molti senzatetto nelle vicinanze, il che è inquietante. La stanza non ha ventilazione, sembra non essere stata pulita e anche i servizi sono molto scadenti. Poiché ho prenotato l'hotel all'ultimo minuto e il prezzo non era alto, l'ho accettato. L'hotel ha due serrature, ma qualche inquilino strano è un po' inquietante. Grazie mille alla receptionist per avermi cambiato in una stanza più adatta! Se mi venisse data di nuovo la possibilità di scegliere, non sceglierei questo hotel. Apprezzo ancora l'aiuto di ogni membro del servizio. La colazione è un semplice buffet con uova sode, toast e succo di frutta. La cena era semplice riso con salsa sopra. Ci sono molti supermercati nelle vicinanze. Puoi scegliere di andare a fare la spesa da solo, ma assicurati di evitare le orde di senzatetto.

La seconda notte di ingresso nel bagno, quando prendi la stanza, il personale dell'hotel ha detto che l'hotel non aveva spazio libero per cambiare altre stanze. Contatta trip.com Il servizio clienti non può risolvere il problema del cambiamento di hotel. La prima notte non può riposare bene. La signorina di servizio della notte ha un senso di parola e mi ha detto che l'hotel non era pieno di ospiti finché il personale dell'hotel non ha informato il manager di cambiare la stanza, senza giardino e senza ventilazione.Il personale dell'hotel ha consigliato 👍🏼 Il mio viaggio in Victoria diventa perfetto. Non si raccomandano hotel senza aria condizionata in estate, e si consiglia anche di indicare che non c'è aria condizionata sul sito web.
