L'hotel è aggiornato attivamente, la stanza ha un senso di casa, il frigorifero della cucina è completamente frigorifero e il microonde è molto conveniente per mangiare.L'ambiente circostante è molto buono, molto vicino al centro di Downtown, molto tranquillo, molto piace qui, si può dire che il rapporto prezzo è super alto

La vista era fantastica, si possono vedere le barche e gli aerei da qui. Accesso al balcone dalla stanza.

It's a cute boutique hotel with friendly staff. There's only one elevator and surprisingly it was always available whenever we needed it. You can park on the street (parking meter) or at the parkade behind the red bldg which is across the street (though we didn't check it out). We arrived around 6 pm and had free parking in front of the hotel till 9 am Sunday. There was a fruit bowl and beverages at the front for guests. We had dessert at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! We were on the top floor and the room was very clean, but I found the pillows very uncomfortable (too puffy and can't flatten them down) for my neck. Unfortunately we stayed during Saturday night and it was super noisy till late at night (from a few cars speeding at the nearby street to some people being very loud) - maybe it's not like that during the weekday. Chinatown, lots of restaurants and the harbour are within walking distance.

Un'esperienza di alloggio piccola e meravigliosa.Comfortabile, caldo.Vai alla spiaggia accanto, ristorante, parco, puoi sperimentare una vita molto locale.La spiaggia è molto bella.

Mio marito e io abbiamo visitato il Oak Bay Resort per molti anni, anche quando era l'hotel più vecchio! È il nostro giardino e il nostro luogo felice.Veniamo ogni anno, e forse due volte all'anno quando possiamo. Il personale è molto accogliente, e altamente professionale. L'hotel è proprio magnifico e si trova in uno dei più magnifici siti oceanici. Il delizioso cibo è servito nel Snug Pub, così come Faro’s , che hanno recentemente aggiunto alcuni meravigliosi articoli nuovi al loro menu di pizza.E il bagno minerale e il spa che guarda l’oceano è un grande patrimonio e uno dei nostri punti preferiti. Le camere sono molto spaziose con grandi tubi di soffitto, e letti sogni e letti. Ci sono meravigliose passeggiate dall'hotel . Nell'arco di 30 minuti si può camminare lungo la spiaggia Willows, o shopping nella deliziosa Oak Bay o Estevan Villages. Che bel trattamento da fare qui!

We stayed in the Laurel wing of the hotel in a ”partial” harbour view room with a standing balcony. Although 2 small chairs could be put on the balcony to make it more user friendly there is no patio furniture. The view was very nice & the room was clean. However, the laurel wing is certainly looking it's age. Worn & damaged baseboards in the hallways, worn carpet & the decor & furniture in the rooms are outdated. Some maintenance of the lighting & drains were needed. Shower/tub was small, cramped & dark. There is a small mini fridge & a Nespresso maker (for very small cups of coffee) but no microwave. The room was supposed to have a kettle but we had to ask for one as none was in the room. Our bed was comfortable. Housekeeping is only every 2 days & we were told that when we checked in. We didn't ask for an adjoining room & weren't told we had one. We don't care for these types of rooms due to noise. And noise there was. Lots of noise. Kids running in the hallways like it was a race track, people talking loudly, slamming doors, etc. If we wanted a slightly better room with more of a harbour view or a balcony with furniture we would have had to pay substantially more money. Everything seemed to be an additional cost at this hotel. Only water from a dispenser was free. Even a piece of fruit had a cost. The restaurant looked very nice & there is a wonderful patio area attached to it. However, prices were outrageous which prevented us from eating there. A small burger with no side was $20. There is no coffee shop to get a take out coffee or small meal. There are a few food & drink items at a kiosk by the desk that you pay for. There is a pathway that you can walk to Fisherman's Wharf & also to the downtown. Both were wonderful to walk on. It is a short walk to downtown as the hotel is outside of the main part. The staff were friendly & helpful. However we were told nothing about the amenities of the hotel when we checked in such as how to connect to wifi, where the pool was, that there is a sitting area outside the conference rooms, etc. It was on our bucket list to stay at this hotel for years. We finally took a big breath & decided to pay the price which in my opinion is too high for what you get. Because of that, regretfully we won't likely return.

Questo hotel è l'hotel più dettagliato in cui ho soggiornato in Canada! La posizione è sulla strada pedonale, l'arredamento è squisito, il bagno è pieno di L'Occitane e ci sono due paia di pantofole! Amato, anche il caffè è un'ottima marca. La prossima volta che andrò a Victoria, non guarderò mai nessun altro hotel. L'elogio a cinque stelle è sicuramente degno di questo.

Certamente il mio posto preferito per soggiornare in Victoria! Tutte le tue tocche speciali che fanno sono davvero apprezzate! Cookie freschi e una nota scritta a mano sul letto! Colazione è 5 Star!!

Il luogo dell'hotel è molto conveniente. Ci sono molte rotte per uscire dalla stazione di autobus già esistenti.Le aree circostanti l'hotel sono molto ben circondate. Due strade sono arrivate alla strada del governo, e i turisti di solito si trovano vicino. Inoltre, l'hotel è arrivato alle 12 del giorno per scaricare il bagaglio prima, ma è stato organizzato direttamente per l'ispezione, grazie!Questa volta cinque adulti sono in camera doppia e hanno abbastanza spazio per letto.
