I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was the free bike rental, which made exploring the area so much fun and convenient. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise; the homemade croissants and pastries were absolutely delicious and added a delightful touch to our mornings. The billiard room was a great way for our family to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We also found the coin laundry service incredibly handy, especially during our extended stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that made us feel right at home!

The staff was very friendly, and the complimentary kayak service was excellent! It was the best choice for the price, and I would love to visit again.

Location is neutral, as there is not much around to see or eat. From the outside, it looks dated as well, but you'll be surprised once you step inside. It is exceptionally well-maintained and clean. Breakfast room even has a pool table for your enjoyment. If you have a car, this is a great place to stay.

A very cozy place where you feel like at home, the friendly staffs is a great catch, the 2 girls who started at 5 am preparing your breakfast always carry a sweet smile that makes you day with great start, Gloria and Darren always take the extra mile to make suggestions for places to visit and dine caring to your preferences, the man in charge, Sam, really impressed me how far they go to make a conventional hotel business with great concern to being Green, the team there makes it different from the others and I would recommend anyone who is visiting Victoria to book yourself couple of nights there

Amazing experience and great service clean rooms

房間、服務很好，包早餐及全日飲品非常週到，如酒店外觀裝飾及早餐食品能加強，則性價比能做足100分，謝謝！

設施：有咖啡機，空調，一張1.8大床和一張1.35左右的沙發床。朋友定了另外一家酒店，宣傳寫的是雙人床，其實是兩張1.35的床。和他定的酒店比，這裏房間很寬敞。總的説來，性價比還是不錯的。 衞生：比較乾淨 環境：停車方便 服務：服務員幫忙打開沙發床，一看我帶了4個孩子，主動問我要不要再加一床blanket. 因為咖啡機和空調同時用，斷電了。前台小哥很好，一個電話就很快上樓解決問題。Wi-Fi需要用Code，電話裏我説有點難懂，他就再次給我送上來。 早餐：國外的早餐和國內的不能比。我進到早餐廳，找了半天，才發現麪包片和酸奶，咖啡牛奶是標配，雞蛋需要找服務員要。不過經濟型酒店能含早餐已經很好了。

外觀及環境較差但房間有重新裝修很大很乾淨，免費停車及附早餐。下單時看説明早餐是自助式，但入住時因餐廳在整修改為客房服務，就是兩三片吐司一顆水煮蛋一小杯咖啡及茶，很差的早餐！優點就是房間很大很乾淨浴室也裝修得很不錯！如果是家庭旅遊不建議入住！

房間大，適合家庭出行居住。周邊環境優雅，交通便利。酒店建立60多年了，有一顆200多年的巨大的樹，非常有歷史感

房間很乾凈，設施也挺新，服務很熱情，交通方便，周圍環境不錯，説漢語也不用擔心，是一個旅居很不錯選擇！

服務員態度非常冷漠，其中有一個服務員態度極其糟糕，完全不推薦華人入住。

1963年開始營業的老酒店，位置不錯，房間新裝修不久，一切剛剛好。 great room 有除了簡單的早餐外，到晚上10點一直提供咖啡 飲料 桌球 以及一些桌遊，挺好！
