We'd love to our visit.It was a nice time to get away just the tour of us and celebrate our anniversary. Service was great, and the food was great.We had a wonderful time. I Would recommend it to couples who want to reconnect. The food was delicious and the experience at the saunas, and the steam rooms was a great.

This was our second stay at Sparkling Hill over the past couple of years. This visit we had more time to explore more of the resort. Customer service throughout the resort was excellent, they really go out of their way to make sure you’re being looked after. Resort itself is stunning, and the views are breathtaking. Rooms are soundproof. Everywhere on the resort is kept immaculately clean. Pool & hot tub area is nice, pools could be a couple degrees warmer but were comfortable for this time of year. We checked out all of the different Saunas, what a cool experience- enjoyed all of the lovely smells. Our room service dinner from Peakfine was delicious. The only negative thing we experienced was the long wait to get in for the breakfast that is included. We noticed this at both visits but this one was particularly long. Finally got seated 40 mins after our reservation time. The staff was pleasant and calm and handling it as best they could and the food came out fast once we were seated however. All in all this is an amazing resort. Moms and Dads, you need this little getaway! This will be an annual trip for us from now on. This place is soooo beautiful!

This place is fantastic! The location itself, while quite a bit out of the way, is BEAUTIFUL. The rooms are beautifully appointed inside. We really liked the selection of steam rooms and saunas, and the fact that the steam rooms have a great smell in each one. One small draw back is a lack of a cold plunge in the spa area. The breakfast they serve is tasty and comes with a great view.

The resort truly is a gem (pun intended). We thoroughly enjoyed the spa with its range of saunas, steam rooms, pools, and serenity room. The room (2nd floor) had a stunning view, comfortable bed, great shower. The restaurant food is decent - though the tasting menu offered wine pairing of New Zealand wine when so much locally would be better. Must note that the breakfast granola contains EXTREMELY hard (like peanut brittle) bits that broke my crown - even though I was eating mindfully. So be careful! And as breakfast is included there was no offer for compensation. :( Overall though I do recommend a stay here. I can’t think of many other places that encourage you to wear your robe and slippers to breakfast!

We spent a quiet week here celebrating a birthday. We did a five night package which included three meals a day for each of us plus a spa service credit. Rooms are spectacular, Swarovski crystals are everywhere. Apparently there are about 3.5 Million installed throughout the resort. Spa services and facilities are top notch although the hot tub was down the entire length of our stay. Food was quite good but pricey for what you got.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Sept 2024. It was the 8th hotel on a 3 week driving trip around Canada and probably the best hotel. The room was amazing on the 3rd floor with a spectacular view of the Lake (try to pick the lake view rooms if booking). The spa had everything you could think of in it and is free to use for hotel guests. The price was very reasonable compared with the other hotels we've stayed in so far.

Sparkling Hill is a dream staycation! Only two hours from our home! Everything from the quality of the food to the service was exceptional. The spa services are highly recommended! And worth every penny! We celebrated my mom‘s 80th birthday and it was a week to remember!

Stayed with my now fiancé and our stay was absolutely amazing! The front desk staff were all extremely kind and willing to answer any questions we had. The complimentary valet parking was amazing, the two valets that helped us were extremely kind one helped us with our luggage while the other explained a little about the resort we can't remember the one valets name but he was very tall.. we want to say his name was mark? and the other valet was Will, whose sister actually gave me a spa treatment! Maya was extremely kind and professional! I had a fig and guava scrub with her and it was absolutely amazing, I would honestly come back just to get a treatment with her again. The only complaint I would have is that they don't have water bottles in the room but have fountains in the spa and lobby. Otherwise my stay was perfect and we will be back!
