Chose this hotel for our first time to Verbier. Did not expect to fall in love with every little detail. Finding the hotel from the cable car terminal was easy as it was only a few steps away. It had been snowing the morning of our arrival day so we were lucky to experience the scenery right from our balcony. Although for the rest of our short stay, the rain had no intention of stopping. But that did not ruin our stay. Staying in the room was a pleasure, we had a spacious balcony overlooking the mountains and I just can’t forget how it made me feel to just sit with my tea and watch the view. We arrived just around the time of check-in so we had the pleasure to enjoy some drinks at the bar while waiting for our room to be ready. The bar staff were very friendly and remembered us the next day as we had dinner there. We were the only ones that night so we got to enjoy the vibe. We had a fantastic breakfast with a view for both of our mornings. I am not good with remembering names but the hostess/server was very warm and attentive. The highlight of the stay would be the housekeeping staff. They did not miss anything and would check if there was something else we need. After the housekeeping service for the day, someone checked on us to know if everything was to our liking. Their meticulous work in maintaining a clean and comfortable stay for us definitely did not go unnoticed. If you are going to Verbier, do not look any further and don’t think twice! Choose W!

Siamo stati per sole due notti dopo una lunga vacanza in macchina in giro per la Svizzera e ho scelto questo hotel per riposare prima di rientrare in Italia e per il panorama che dalle foto del web sembrava stupefacente. La camera doppia deluxe era abbastanza grande con un bel balcone…peccato per il secondo piano perché la casa difronte limitava un po’ il panorama, ma tutto sommato quello che vedevo era davvero meraviglioso. Colazione abbondante e varia, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliato

Rimasto per 1 settimana durante aprile 2022. Posizione eccezionale, vista spettacolare. Livello di rumore molto basso considerando la strada principale. Molti ristoranti e bar vicino. Cammino breve per fermare l'autobus o può camminare verso la piazza in 2-3 minuti. Fuoco che funziona!

Very nice chalet with well furnished and tasteful apartment. The dishwasher didn't work, otherwise everything was perfect. Problem with handing over the keys on departure: no one was reachable, neither by phone nor at the office in Verbier which was close

Old but working. Non una stanza che si ferma, ma dormi e si trovano sperando di sciare la maggior parte del giorno. Circa 1,2 km dall'ascensore a Médran. Circa 1 km dal Coop. Supermercato circa 100 m e anche fermata di autobus. Il coperchio di tappeto era piuttosto intemporaneo.
