Good thing first, there's a shopping mall right across the street from the hotel, rooms are spacious although in need of renovation.
The not so good, room service food was mediocre. I attempted to tip the waiter but he said he had already charged his tip to my card. It's expected that an extra service charge is added to the bill for being room service, and I'm fine with it, but something different is when the waiter decides how much his tip is.
The really bad, actually the dangerous part. I reserved 7 rooms, opted to pay at check in, then I received a message from the hotel saying my reservations weren't paid so I needed to check in before 3:00PM or my reservation would be cancelled. I informed them I wasn't checking in before 3:00PM, and asked them to hold the rooms, thankfully, they did. We checked in at around 9:00PM, everything apparently went smooth, but then they assigned us two occupied rooms, in one of them there were 2 men, who reacted very aggressively when they saw 2 girls walking into their room, they assaulted them and waited for no explanation. The bellman arrived at the scene to deliver their luggage right at that time just to be assaulted and yelled at, I understand these men were upset, but that doesn't justify assaulting two girls. Assigning an occupied room is unacceptable, but 2 at the same time only speaks about mediocre management. The worst part, no apology was even offered for the incident.
