Hotel in zona Royal Cigars, Ventura

The rooms look exactly like the internet pictures; very clean and newly updated. Don't let the outside of the building fool you , the price is unbeatable and the room was perfect. Suggestions: rooms need coffee pots, darkening shades for front windows. Property is a five minute drive to the beach and 8 blks from historic downtown Ventura.

Mi piaceva davvero il posto. Il personale era molto bello quando ci siamo reclutati. La stanza era fantastica e pulita. Ci siamo addormentati molto bene. Il colazione era anche meraviglioso. Sicuramente sara'di nuovo.

La stanza è buona, pulita e pulita, il servizio è molto amichevole. Nel processo di viaggio veloce può sentire un bel paesaggio attraverso la finestra, vale la pena raccomandare, condannare 😪💥💥💥

La posizione non è lontana dalla porta ad alta velocità, la sinistra è tutta la strada del cibo.L'architettura stile spagnola, le strutture della stanza sono vecchie ma sono ancora buone.La stanza non è grande, ma è abbastanza utile.Il calore invernale è abbastanza caldo e comodo come la casa.

La prima volta che prenoto un soggiorno utilizzando Trip e mentre il processo generale per la prenotazione è stato semplice, il soggiorno in hotel è stato un po' poco brillante. Prima dell'arrivo, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna informazione per il check-in; Ho avuto un po' di problemi a contattare l'hotel per ottenere queste informazioni. Da parte mia, però, penso di aver sbagliato a non fornire le mie informazioni di contatto (apparentemente). Ho contattato la reception e la donna con cui ho parlato è stata super cortese e si è scusata in anticipo per i ritardi. Ci è stato detto che la nostra camera sarebbe stata pronta alle 17:00 invece dell'orario opposto alle 4. Abbiamo finito per arrivare comunque alle 17:00, quindi il tempo non è stato un problema. Quando siamo arrivati, tutto era abbastanza pulito tranne un paio di asciugamani che avevano delle macchie marroni. Eravamo a corto di carta igienica, asciugamani di carta e altri piccoli elementi essenziali. Siamo stati in grado di ottenere queste cose la mattina successiva, il che è stato fantastico. L'altra mia lamentela era che alcune cose erano state lasciate indietro; cioè; qualcuno ha lasciato un paio delle sue Crocs e un po' di saponetta nella doccia. Anche se queste cose erano problemi minori per me, sicuramente non è abbastanza per farmi perdere il sonno. Località: 10/10. 5 minuti (o meno) a piedi dalla spiaggia. Sicuramente prenoterei ancora questo posto finché questi problemi non saranno un problema in futuro.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un paio di notti per il fine settimana della giornata dei ricordi. Le suite di fronte all'oceano che abbiamo soggiornato sono sul primo piano, che ci hanno dato un bel picnic davanti al nostro patio con una vista diretta sulla spiaggia sabbiosa e sull'oceano. Il ristorante Ox e Ocean era solo passi da qui, e questo rendeva molto conveniente ordinare il ritiro e mangiare nel nostro patio. Il parcheggio sotterraneo è stato anche molto conveniente, perché è stato solo un breve volo dalle scale o un ascensore a casa nostra. Mentre abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi minori con i controlli di temperatura nel tentare di mantenere la stanza fredda a notte, questo è stato facilmente risolto mantenendo le finestre aperte e lasciando entrare la brisa fredda. In generale, non si può battere l'udito guardando e udendo le onde tutto il giorno e la notte. Ci siamo davvero divertiti così tanto che abbiamo prenotato un'altra prenotazione di nuovo in poche settimane! Kudos al personale di Zachari Dunes per una fantastica esperienza!

Rimasto per una notte in febbraio. È sorprendente al prezzo. Hotel pulito, molto amichevole e accogliente personale di front desk. Rimasto a causa del servizio. La posizione è un po 'suono ma piuttosto molto ogni hotel nella zona affronta la stessa questione. Solo una suggerimento sarebbe un po'di pizzi di pipistrelli.

We decided to go to Ojai for my wife's birthday on March 22, 2023. She thought it would be fun to stay in a place that was built the year she was born and so did I. The online photos and aesthetic are admittedly cool, but that where it ends. I get really peeved with a too cool for school” attitude in restaurants and other establishments in the hospitality space. That's this place. But aside from that vibe, there are HUGE issues with this “hotel” (motel really), chief of which are the PAPER THIN WALLS. Next is the bathroom. Remember. This renovation was done in 2020. So with Covid, wear and tear should be minimal by early 2023 when we visited. The bathroom door is made of particle board which was completely swollen and ruined by water damage from the shower that features a fitted glass wall that only covers half the stall. As a result water sprays all over the wall and floor and even if you try to use the bath mat, it's completely soaked after a shower. Poor, impractical design. The Daiken brand AC was also odd. I've used many mini-split systems, but this one did not feature a remote that operated as a thermostat. Sure, it had a temperature setting, but no readout out of what temperature the room was CURRENTLY at, so there is no way to know where to set the temp relative to that. The in-room coffee and tea consists of a kettle and instant coffee. No Nespresso or other coffee service found in other boutique hotels of this price range. I assumed they were encouraging us to come to the lobby to enjoy their coffee ”service” which features paper cups (okay fine) but no lids. Crazy. And Like seriously - do you think people aren't going to want to take their coffee away or back to the room? Where’s the kids?! Oh, and as a cherry on the top, add bad WiFi that only worked part of the time. Good thing our t-mobile data devices worked there. A cheap, ill-conceived cosmetic renovation does not a boutique motel make. Others have mentioned all of these things in prior reviews, so l'm not saying anything new here. Listen to them, and us. I don't know if there are better options in Ojai, but I know you should avoid the Capri.
