Crystal Lodge Motel

Our stay was pleasurable & comfortable. I like the location being close to the beach & dining places, shopping mall. It is in the center of the Ventura County. I like the cleanliness of the hotel & the kindness of the lady housekeeper. Only thing I would say is, I wish they would widen up their parking spots because I brought a big Ram truck with me Lol. Still, I would give them 5 Starz though because I like the place. I would stay there again . 😊 Thank you!

An inexpensive place to stay that’s clean with a reasonably comfortable bed. The place is in marginal condition, window screen was broken and held together with duct tape, water took a really long time to get warm, towels thin and the TV old. Rooms on the street side are noisy but you know that going in so bring earplugs. Parking can be tight. If you just need a place to crash and noise doesn’t bother you it fits the bill.

The price was great for a 3 night stay for the purpose of going to the Channel Islands National Park, and for driving to Santa Barba and Oxnard. There is a Thai restaurant across the street and the food is amazing. The motel is walkable to Ventura Beach which my husband and I loved. As for the room, the bathroom was newly renovated, we had a microwave and a small fridge. However the ceiling fan didn’t really work, the cabinet where the TV was placed didn’t open and it made the walking space narrow. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely stay here again.

What a great little cozy motel in the heart of Ventura. Definitely worth the bargain. Close to all. Great little Mexican spot across the street. Even had time to go to the movies

Neil and Nital were great! Very clean room and very comfortable bed. Best Motel i ever stayed in actually.

Neil is AMAZING.... he is so fun at check in and check out, also suggesting a GREAT little hole in the wall Thai place right across the street.. it was deeeeeelish.. thank you Neil...... But i am very sad because i left my favorite 40-dollar pillow there on the bed and I won't be going back anytime soon, so I hope someone uses it.. it's wonderful.. it has a 100% cotton case on it too, brand new and is so comfy.... The chairs in the room were a bit worn out but comfy and the bed was roomy and firm.... the shower has adequate pressure, and he was so kind to get us in a ground floor cuz my BF has Parkinson's and struggles with stairs...... I would 100% stay there again, mainly because of Neil.... what a good man all around.... Would like to try one of the other rooms with the hot tub too... Maybe next year..... I forgot to take pictures of the whole room but the fridge and microwave were good too.... I added the food we got from the restaurant.. Oh parking is tight with a uhaul have to park on the street. but with a car, it looked perfect.

Room was clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was great. Love that it had a fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Our stay was a stop over, just there to catch some ZZZ's and take a shower so can't comment on much else.

A very pleasant surprise. Clean and in great condition. Everything worked and the fixtures were solid. Walking distance to downtown and the beach. I have stayed in much more expensive locations that were in much worse condition. The room had a coffeemaker, microwave and fridge! You will get the impression that management cares about your experience and the rooms.
