So they change bedsheet twice a week i. E. In interval of 3 days. Even the bedsheet was not too clean, it was clean as to say tha it was clean. When i asked the room coordinator to change it he simply said the bedsheet is clean, then i shown some spots on the bedsheet, he replied the spots are old and didn't go off. Even the bathroom was not clean. If you want to stay then first have to clean the room by yourself

Location good. But due to bedbugs could not sleep whole night and left the hotel very next day. Already raised the complaint with you.

Even though i got confirmed booking, the hotel refused to provide me the room booked by me. He told money will be refunded to my bank as booking was nit confirmed. Request you blacklist the hotel. The place of the hotel is in front of a big drainage and place is very dirty. The amount charged by the hotel is too high for the place

I was visiting city for my son's admission.. I booked it as the description was not elaborate. Hotel is located near cm c vellore in a narrow bylane opposite to a open sewer drain, which is hardly 10 feet wide. Hotel doesn't have it's own parking. They arrange parking in the adjacent building. They don't have any kitchen of their own. You have to order even tea from outside. As regards room, it was infested with cockroach and bug. The mattress was of very cheap quality resulting in backache. The washroom was fitted with cheap ceramic and fittings. Wash basin was forcibly adjusted in that space. Overall, a terrible experience.

1st of all, the room was not cleaned before we arived. We had to tell them 100 times for a cleaning. 2nd point, in the room, 2 lights are not working. 1 light was working. However the other one blinks for 3-4 minutes before it get stable. 3rd point, fan! there is only 1 regular for 1 fan. Otger fan is regulator less. It only spins in full speed. However, it was a ac room. But still these are basic requirements! 4th point, water! no matter how many beds you take, 1-2-3 any number of beds, you are eligible to get 1 water bottle of 1 litre every day. Now i am confused, 1 litre is enough for 3 people a day? no. They suggest buy and use. However, the bathroom & bedsheet was clean.
