Första resan till ett Scandic hotell, vi bokade först två nätter men lade till ytterligare två nätter.
Ett barn i familjen har celiaki, vilket vi upplyste vid ankomst. Det fanns inga skyltar / information på frukost buffén eller på kvälls buffén om allergener. På barn buffén på kvällen fanns pasta, köttsås och pannkakor. Hade varit guld värt om någon av personalen hade erbjudit att ordna något GF alternativ till barnet.
Vi frågade personalen en kväll om vilka desserter på buffén som var glutenfria och blev visade alternativen. Dagen efter pratar vi med en annan från personalen om dessert buffén och får veta att dom alternativ vi fått veta varit glutenfria kvällen före, i själva verket innehöll "spår av gluten" enligt innehållsdeklarationen på förpackningen. De två sista kvällarna fick barnet istället glass.
Pingisbordet var uppskattat av barnen. Poolen ren och fräsch men mycket liten och fullsatt om det var två familjer i den. Mycket tråkig fasad på huset men trevligt på insidan. Lugn stämning på hotellet och trevlig personal.

Rapporto servizi-qualità-prezzo molto basso. Le stanze sono essenziali. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. La colazione è ok. Il personale è sufficientemente gentile. Il WiFi non è sempre all'altezza come velocità mentre la copertura è ok

Camere non pulite soprattutto il bagno , cucina buona , reception gentili , camerieri gentili. Mi sono trovato male per scarsa pulizia camere e come dicevo per scarso igiene nel bagno per il resto accettabile

Used the facilities for business purpose and proximity to the meeting point. Friendly and courteous staff. All the rest was as expected but the internet signal in the room can be very poor. Watch out for the access to the door since it was icy slippery even on the parking road.

I have visited this Hotel for business trip. Their service status as a good hotel, taste of food, drinks, etc., and hygienic conditions were found excellent. only point to review that reservation cancelled not refund , they should fix this

Very good traditional swedish Breakfast and the hotel have a lot of activity such as pool, sauna, playstation room, kids play room, gym and other things to do for kids and adults,. The resturang was very beautiful. The location is not so good. The beds and the linnen was not good

Breakfast was good and reception was nice. The. Staff is all in all nice. Pool was small, but the gym was new, fresh and good. Not far from the city. Near the road but you could not hear it. Scandic good
