Il cibo e il servizio erano eccellenti ma abbiamo avuto problemi con gli asciugamani sia nel bagno che in piscina e la comunicazione tra il personale delle pulizie e gli addetti alla reception non era buona.

Impossibile trovare i teli mare. A causa del basso flusso d'acqua, la tazza del WC si è riempita in 1 ora. Il cibo era buono. Soprattutto nel ristorante à la carte. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Hanno aiutato nei momenti di bisogno. La posizione dell'hotel è a mezz'ora a piedi dal centro. Grazie di tutto.

The food made by the all-inclusive hotel is so terrible. They can't control the saltiness and doneness of the food well. They don't want tourists to eat well, but at least they should let tourists eat enough. Haven't you seen that the hotel is fully occupied, and many foods are not touched by anyone?

除了早餐能吃，中晚餐找不着能吃的菜。環境還行，蚊子很多，一北京小妞被咬得渾身是包。開始還以為衹咬中國人呢，看到白人黑人都在抓擾，原來蚊子不分彼此。別想着巴拉德羅的海是坎昆的海的平替，便宜，古巴的公共交通很不發達，服務業沒有服務意識，出行都是美元，總體算下來和坎昆花銷差不多

Un Hotel solo per adulti, nella mia offerta ho acquistato in loco, (sono residente permanente all'Avana) una doppia e una singola in offerta allo stesso prezzo per mio figlio di 16 anni. Veramente non capisco le recensioni negative, le camere sono spaziose e pulite, TV satellitare, tutto il personale e gentile e cordiale, molto attento a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta, si mangia bene, pietanze fresche, il buffet é vario con carne di manzo, pesce, cozze, vongole, da accompagnare con vegetali vari, sia cotti che crudi , un buon buffet di dolci, che tra l'altro un buffet che rimane ben servito e rimpiazzato in quantità. Piscina pulita e curata, e come la spiaggia. Siamo a Cuba, se aspettate uno spaghetto al dente o una pizza con mozzarella di bufala, restate in Italia; devo dire che con le limitazioni che ci sono, questo Hotel mi ha lasciato meravigliato e soddisfatto. Bravi bravi bravi.

Arrivati nel pomeriggio in struttura prendiamo la stanza, e come benvenuto ci dicono che il Wi-Fi non è disponibile a causa di un guasto che non consentiva di generare nuovi account. Quindi fuori dal mondo fino al giorno successivo e impossibilitati nel contattare la guida. L’hotel non è recentissimo, e lontano dagli standard 4 stelle europei. La pulizia è buona e il personale è cortese e disponibile. Le stanze sono grandi e confortevoli. Cambio asciugamani non effettuato in 4 giorni. La parte peggiore del soggiorno è la qualità del cibo che definirei pessima. Il buffet propone una vasta scelta ma tutto senza sapore. La situazione non cambia ai ristoranti alla carta che propongono gli stessi piatti del buffet spacciandoli per cucina cubana e/o internazionale. La piscina dispone di open bar aperto h24 ma anche lì la qualità lascia a desiderare: bibite e cocktail di bassissima qualità, questi ultimi fatti solo con sciroppi senza l’utilizzo di frutta fresca. Punti a favore: posizione e spiaggia fantastica
