La struttura denota che inizia ad avere degli anni di lavoro, con una minima manutenzione in tutti i settori. Il servizio è buono e la cortesia è di norma, l'organizzazione del lavoro meno.
I pasti sono nella media con nulla di eccezionale.
La camera è discreta e molto ampia, i letti sono buoni ma il bagno necessita di poche ma essenziali manutenzioni.
Bella la spiaggia, l'intrattenimento giornaliero e tutti i locali dove bere o mangiare, in quanto tutto compreso.

Excelente hotel para las condiciones del hermoso país Cuba, buenas instalaciones, excelente servicio de las personas que atienden los bares y buffet, pero por sobre todo el equipo de animación, lo que lo hace una estancia muy entretenida. Esta vez me sorprendieron con la fiesta de playa, en la cual se pasó excelente. He ido 6 veces y siempre al mismo hotel Arenas Blancas

Сам отель весьма средний (даже по меркам Кубы), кормят нормально (опять же по меркам Кубы, многого не ждите, но голодными не будете), ром льётся рекой. Несколько аля-кард ресторанов по записи. Анимацию практически не видно. На берегу катамараны, яхты бесплатно. Зонтиков на пляже не хватает, лежаки занимают с вечера. Пляжные полотенца, которые выдают в отеле, воруют, лучше не брать (или платить потом 30$).
Через дорогу от отеля тусовочное сердце Варадеро, ночная жизнь там начинается после 12-ти и продолжается до утра.
Про номерной фонд отдельная история.
Бронь была на улучшенный номер. Что такое "улучшенный" не очень понятно. В номере не было холодильника, чайника, фен отказался работать во время второго использования. Был телевизор без пульта. Был утюг (работает или нет, не проверяла) и гладильная доска. Шкафа нет, есть вешалка с плечиками. Сейф. Общая система кондиционирования. В ванной комнате ванна, биде, унитаз (без сидальника!!!!). Вся сантехника видавшая виды. Света в номере мало. Залетают комары, берите с собой фумигатор. Звукоизоляция ужасная, слышны все звуки из коридора.
Уборка: за 6 ночей пребывания пол мыли один раз, полотенца не меняли ни разу, постельное бельё тем более. Заходили, заправляли постель, забирали мусор и уходили. Всё.
Итог такой: в данный отель не вернусь и никому не рекомендую.

Very friendly, super location...for this money..I would recomend.
We enjoy the food..you have all inclusive with special a la carte restaurants..

非常老舊的房子，最少20年沒有換過的傢俱，室內保險櫃壞的，電視壞的，馬桶🚽沒有坐墊，直接是磁便器，讓女人無法使用，與前台多次交涉，衹説10分鐘派人維修，再去找前台，又假裝很認真地登記，還是沒給維修，三餐一樣的食品，室外游泳池漂亮，海灘🏝️很美！巴拉德羅回哈瓦那的大巴車衹有上午8:50和下午4:30的！大巴車走走停停，大約4小時走完70公里的路.

Как я понял, Occidental Arenas Blankas и Barchelo Solymar это один и тот же отель. Забронировали отель в первом, но на ресепшне отправили во второй отель. Номер в бунгало Barchelo Solymar шикарный, "шведский стол" вполне сносный, но не хватает разнообразия. Блюда быстро заканчиваются, очереди за мясом/креветками.
Из напитков только соки манго и гуавы. В барах только пиво и ром, из коктейлей только дайкири, ром с соком и все. Шведский стол в Arenas Blankas ужасен, вся еда не вкусная, выбора напитков практически нет.

Как и вся Куба этот отель якобы 4* полное дно!
Еда отстой, алкоголь весь платный, номера максимально уставшие. Не рекомендуется, опасно для жизни!

Eu li inúmeras avaliações e fui brm preparado para encontrar dificuldades, mas não adiantou muito me preparar para o pior.
COMIDA HORRÍVEL e repetitiva, todo dia exatamente a mesma comida, com poucas opções. Você já leu isso de muita gente em outras avaliações, eu sei. Mas acredite: é algo que acaba com sua viagem. Tivemos infecção intestinal forte, pra piorar o cenário. A água que se usa em tudo não é filtrada.
Não estamos sendo radicais com as dificuldades cubanas, elas são compreensíveis. Mas há coisas que não são explicadas apenas pelo racionamento.
Ok, mas só a comida horrível justifica uma má avaliação? Se você nunca teve essa experiência, vá ver por si mesmo e volte de lá concordando comigo.
As bebidas: tudo com muito gelo (de origem duvidável) pra render o álcool. Piña colada terrível, feita com o mesmo pó de suco artificial que é usado em todos os sucos do local. Os refrigerantes também são basicamente água gaseificada flavorizada.
Da estrutura: boas piscinas, cadeiras confortáveis e sombra na praia. Os quartos são amplos e, apesar de antigos, têm seu conforto. Chuveiro antigo, baixo, com banheira descascada. A água às vezes não esquentava e saía fraca. A limpeza é ok.
Atendimento: simpático na maior parte, e ninguém lhe incomoda pedindo gorjetas. São prestativos e ajudam a resolver qualquer coisa rapidamente.
Localização: ótima, você sai do hotel e já está no centro da cidade, de frente para um boulevard com restaurantes (ruins) e bares animados. A clínica médica internacional é muito próxima.
