An hotel for couple or family. Very good animation with Nigeria. Perfect Beach but a bit too far. The hotel and the pool are beautiful. Beautiful and clean room.Thank you to animation team and my friend Nigeria.

My experience in this hotel was terrible. First, the food was horrible. I imagine they cooked for pigs. And not for people. I was born in Cuba and I always know the situation in Cuba. But this hotel left me without words. The impudence and the lack of respect . to all the people we paid to rent that hotel. They don't change the towels. The pool doesn't have towels. Also, since you arrive they check you by calling Cuban emigration. And the rooms have an extreme stench of humidity. I started with a crisis of asthma from the first day to the last day I was in that hotel. Please, I beg you, don't go to that hotel for your own good.

I booked my reservation online and received confirmation. When I arrived I found out this apartments are closed since the pandemic. They wanted to give me a hotel room for the same price which was absurd. Also, please noted that they won’t accept US credit cards at any Melia Hotels in Cuba.

Uma estadia inesquecível com uma equipa fantástica!" Tive uma das melhores experiências da minha vida no Meliá Marina Varadero. A hospitalidade das pessoas é extraordinária — sempre simpáticas, com um sorriso no rosto, e prontas para brincar e fazer-nos sentir em casa. A praia estava sempre impecavelmente limpa, o que contribuiu para uma atmosfera relaxante. Destaco especialmente o diretor Carlos e a sua esposa Rosa, que foram incansáveis em garantir que a nossa estadia fosse perfeita. A dedicação de ambos foi notável, e reparei como Carlos lidava com os desafios da gestão de forma admirável, sempre ultrapassando obstáculos com profissionalismo e uma atitude positiva. Levo muitos funcionários no meu coração, e terei sempre um "cantinho" especial dentro de mim para todos eles. É difícil expressar o que levo comigo dessa experiência — ficará para sempre no meu coração. A todos vocês, terão sempre o "El Patron" num cantinho dentro de mim. É um lugar que não só proporciona conforto, mas também nos inspira pela felicidade e resiliência de todos. Recomendo vivamente e mal posso esperar para voltar!

Una estadía linda el hotel dista de ser 5 estrellas es muy lindo pero tiene cosas que faltan, los muchachos y muchachas del staff son geniales, sobre todo Virgen y Nigeria dos genios, la atención es muy buena muy amables, las playas son excelentes, la comida no es abundante pero bueno se disfruta igual, el personal en general excelente

Me gustó mucho melia Marina, es lugar espectacular por la posición que tiene ,y lo mejor es la animación los chicos son unos cracks, además de los performance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excelente, virgen es muy dinamiva, muy amable, las habitaciones excelentes, la comida espectacular, es un sitio muy agradable, un ambiente muy chevere, muy buena atención. El otro año regresaré a este hotel con mi familia

Me encantó el hotel y en especial la atencion de Dunia y Sergio en el bar piscina que son muy especial,me gustó mucho sus cócteles y en especial el Daiquiri que diría que es el mejor del Meliá Marina.Del hotel me gustó mucho su construcción que es semejante a un barco y te sientes como en el.

Soy clienta del contrato de apartamento de la Melia a nombre de mi esposo...que por cierto están cerrados y no fue avisado a los clientes, ahora e llamado en varias ocasiones y la señora llamada Yudit que trabaja un día si y otro no, a estado ocupada en varias ocasiones, dicho por Yusleydis Martines que me atendió el teléfono en varias ocasiones el mismo día ...ahora yo les escribo porque en ese contrato se deposita un dinero que nosotros debemos consumir en un tiempo establecido...ahora vuelve y le digo no está establecido llamar al cliente e informarle los cambios que han ocurrido después del covi 19 porque en el contrato están los números de teléfono del cliente....pero además quedaron en mandarme una tarjeta de descuento 10 % en los hoteles de Melia que nunca llego, incluida en ese contrato...me da pena Melia pero estoy decepcionada de su cadena...Gracias
