However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the condition of the villa and any discomfort you experienced during your stay.We regret that the room cleanliness and maintenance did not meet your expectations, and we are addressing the issues with the bathroom and the fridge leakage with our team. We're also looking into better pest control to minimize the presence of mosquitoes and bugs, as well as improving our housekeeping service to reduce the dust in the rooms.We also recognize that our staff's language skills and the lack of a direct communication system in the rooms may have caused frustration.
