This is a prime location, a hidden gem! Safeway and No Frills are within walking distance for your groceries, Lost Lagoon and the seawall are so close to walk to, and the local restaurants are amazing to eat at! Lots of variety!
If you’re looking for modern bathrooms and kitchens as your first choice in a suite, this isn’t it. But it is very clean. I didn’t care that the hotel was dated. I had an amazing stay and the staff were very friendly! It truly felt like home away from home!

It was very clean and close to many shops and the water. It was a bit dated and our microwave didn’t work but otherwise it had everything we needed.

Previous reviews stated the property to be a little dated however i would suggest there is plenty of charm and character to the suites. We had a family visit with my mother, partner and 2 kids aged 6 and 2. The location was great with the hustle and bustle of Denman St offering plenty of places to eat and a great place to take in the evening with so much going on and such variety of restaurants and cafes etc. Literally a stone's throw from the suites is Stanley park so genuinely an amazing location and the suites were clean, quiet and so family friendly. Where the property really excelled was how generous they were with their time and constant offers of assistance and help. Kent was absolutely charming and could not do more to offer ideas of what to do and how to help. Any enquiries were responded to very promptly and he was also so polite and helpful. They assisted with early check in at no extra charge as well as holding our luggage on our last day as we ventured off for our final adventures. I could not recommend more highly and will definitely be looking to rent a suite again should we need to, very happy indeed with our stay and 5 star accommodation

Lots of space for our family. Room is a bit run down and the shower curtain needs to be replaced as moldy around the bottom, but good value for money. Staff lovely and accommodating. Great location.

Check in manager was super helpful and gave great dim sum suggestions. Denman street a few blocks away is full of amazing restaurants. Great location
