La chambre était très bien, propre. Le rer A est à 15mins à pied ainsi que les commerces. Il y a aussi un lac à côté de l’hôtel, très sympa.

這個酒店比較適合大家，如果是到外面還想燒燒飯的同學，但是有一點大家可能要注意了，這個地方的話，冬天來水會稍微比較冷一些。酒店的裝飾比較偏向於工業風。

시설도 좋고 깔끔하고 조용해서 좋았어요 다만 역이랑 거리가 있어서 불편한거 빼곤 더 좋았어요 특히 사용가능한 시설들이 많아서 편했어요

停車方便。房間大，但沒空調。早餐難吃。 其他都好。

感覺住在星巴克的附加客房，很有趣。家庭房很大，設施也可以，早餐也不錯。

My wife and I stayed at Cowool Cergy in August 2024. Temperature outside 30 degrees, inside in our room even hotter. Several complaints about the 'airco' (floorcooling) but no solution at all. Several complaints to the manager. No reaction. Mails to the manager...no reaction. And we were not the only guests that were complaining....:-). Very, very small room. Appart 20. Breakfast terrible. Filthy cups and cutlery. Food mediocre. No 24h frontdesk. No safe feeling in the neighboorhood. People at the frontdesk are friendly. Conclusion: Dont stay here!

Terrible!!! I should have checked the reviews!! Its expensive for what it is. They spent money decorating the lobby and forgot about the rooms. There IS NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!! I went in summer and I couldn't sleep at all. They kept promising to bring me a fan every day and never happened... I didnt even get a fan with 30 degrees in summer!!! The room's window went straight to the parking lot and they gave me a first floor, so everyone could see me from outside and I would hear every conversation and all the cars coming and going.

My husband & I travel often for work and I have never seen a WORSE place than this hotel. It used to be Oliviarus but is clearly under new management & staff. The new owner has shut off all the air conditioners so in the summer time the lobby & rooms feel like saunas. They clean the rooms ONLY on Tuesdays & we had to beg the staff for toilet paper. My husband asked for soap for the first time after 5 days and he was shouted at for 4 minutes straight by the cleaning crew! They only gave us 1 key card even though we were 2 ppl. They charge you 10Euros for the 2nd card because all they care about is making money. The first night I was there I was yelled at by STEPHAN for daring to object to this. The 3rd night I was there I was yelled at him again to daring to ask for help at the reception desk. On the 4th night I was there I tripped on one of their cheap rugs and ripped my big toe open on a piece of glass. Nobody asked if I was okay. They did not even have any bandaids. They actually tried blaming it on me. They did not comp anything - did not even help with my hospital bill. The other guy there actually made ****** comments towards my friend - saying that “Iranians just like to talk and talk.” When I tried to find out Stephan’s name he refused to tell me and actually asked me to leave. The other staff told me the next day that they were not authorized to tell anyone his name. The staff, the owner and this entire hotel needs to be shut down. Please do not go here. You will only regret it.

I have stayed in this place many times, and my avaliation was ok. But this is the last time, for sure!!! They did not tell customers they are remodeling the place by the moment of reservation… I arrived here and found a place full of dust… The breakfast is horrible, with dirty dishes from renovation dust (disgusting). There are just very few options for food that they don't replace. Just today I saw the empty chocolate croissant basket and asked for more. Then the waiter shook the basket until a tiny roll landed on my plate… They don't even have mineral water to offer / sell to guests. HORRIBLE!! Total disrespect with guests.
