The location is perfect especially if you are a traveling. The was delicious too.

The hotel is good and super clean, stayed 2 nights. No water dispensers in the lobby, no toothbrush and toothpaste for guest in the room. So better bring this if your staying in this hotel.

We have stayed at the Hotel for a total of 50+ days on and off since December 2024. The staff are very good, always happy to help with a genuine smile on their face. The double family room (which has a fridge) and door opens onto garden area was ideal for us and very comfortable. Room service and restaurant provide fresh & yummy meals at a good price. Overall is very good value for money and we would recommend it for a long term stay.

My family and I stayed on this hotel overnight en route to Cagayan de Oro City from Davao City. The room we stayed on was dated already and was showing its wear and tear with some cracks on the walls and the floor was clearly not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. The toilet was not properly clean with some moulds and stains clearly visible. The shower was a bit adequate to have a proper shower but no hot water. We had to wipe and spray the toilet seat with anti-bacterial wipe and spray because it was clearly visible to be not clean. There were also mosquitoes inside the room. I was able to kill at least four mosquitoes after that I decided to give up because I was already tired from driving. We ordered Fried Rice (stale and not freshly cooked), Patatim( salty and not fresh), Vegetable Stir Fried( ingredients clearly left overs from the previous day) for room service and was very disappointed with what they brought us. I went to the front office to have the Fried Rice be cooked again but what the cook did was pretended as if he was using the wok to heat the Fried Rice by making loud noise with it. I waited in front of the front office while the cook was "heating" it but when I received the plate of Fried Rice it was still cold. I decided not to complain anymore and had the Fried Rice transferred to our container and will re-heat it once we are already in our destination. It is really a hotel for people who have no choice but to stay on it overnight after a long drive but never again will we stay on this hotel. Anyways, as they say, "You get what you pay for" and in this case such adage really fits this hotel. If you pay for a cheap hotel, you really are going to get cheap service and not so delicious food, if I may add.

The bed is very comfy, toiletries are available, wifi available and good accommodation. Good food, approachable staff, nice ambience, good for family, friends and solo. Easy access to mall, groceries and food establishment. Overall, it was my 4th time to book here.

Big rooms with shower heater, no need to turn on the aircon its already cold, has wifi plus breakfast buffet included, only thing is the noise from the hallway can be heard clearly even if you are inside the room, maybe some sound proofing be done

It's been our second time to stay in the hotel and their service and accommodation is generally great considering their cheapest room option that can already accommodate three people. Although we would appreciate more option for the breakfast buffet (even if it means a bit of price increase) and neater/newer sheets as some of them had stains on it.

Upon observation sa among pag check in naay 2 nga ako na observe. 1. Ang internet connection is very poor, maka dismaya jod sya. 2. Ang cr drainage sa cr is nagclog. But overall appearance sa room is nice and comfy.
