L'hotel ha soddisfatto i requisiti. Il servizio era molto alto. In particolare vale la pena utilizzare l'acquacenter dove si può rilassarsi utilizzando la zona spa e le piscine.

Molto buon soggiorno per 3 giorni. Rilassati con sauna, bagno a vite, piscina. Le camere sono grandi, tempeste e confortevoli. Avevamo metà pensione, cibo era grande, fresco, varietà e sempre abbastanza per tutti. Il servizio è stato notevole dal lobby alle signore pulizie. Sempre pronti ad aiutare, a consigliare. Posso solo raccomandare e testimoniare che questo punteggio è guadagnato. Grazie ancora per il piacevole soggiorno e spero di tornare un giorno.

L'hotel è grande. Molto spaziosa camera con balcone, comoda letto, bagno con tutte le strutture necessarie. Parcheggio disponibile, cosa davvero importante, soprattutto durante la stagione di picco. Un po 'di check-in duraturo, necessario per la coda per circa. 20 minuti. C'era un pacchetto che doveva essere preso dal reception desk e quando sono venuto a prenderlo dalla reception - sembrava che il pacchetto fosse scomparso. Finalmente è stato trovato, ma c'era un po' se stress. L'ultimo punto debole è stato l'organizzazione del colazione durante la pandemia. Il ristorante semplicemente non ha affrontato le restrizioni sanitarie e la quantità di ospiti dell'hotel. Questo dovrebbe essere migliorato. Ma l'opinione pubblica è molto positiva, non c'è nulla da rimpiangere per la stanza o la posizione, e sicuramente tornerà a Kołobrzeg.

Hotel offre un buon standard. Le camere sono dotate di moderno, letto confortevole e un bel balcone. Parco d'acqua è fantastico! E' un po' nervoso che l'intero circuito elettrico della stanza (luce, aria condizionata) si spegni dopo circa minuti di attivazione e si deve riattivarlo. Inoltre, la cena è un po' stretta quando la fornitura è piena.
