Camere pulite arredate con sobrietà m oneste. Letto comodo. Prosnale scarso ma cortese. Senza lode e senza infamia. Colazione ristretta, ma va bene così. Per riposare va benissimo. Simile al Novotel come arredamento.

The hotel isn’t in a great area; definitely a bit run down and dirty. We stayed on a Sunday night and there were very few restaurants open. I wouldn’t put this as a four star hotel (certainly by Western Europe/ American standards) but it was clean and suited our needs. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast was also good. The parking was a bit of an issue. We parked in the underground garage( an additional 9 euros) but there is no way of getting into the hotel from there. We ended up carrying our bags right though the car park and back up onto the road.

This hotel is so appealing to me that I felt like spending all my time in the room instead of exploring the city. Centrally located, with good parking, lobby is big, staff friendly and efficient. My room was on the 4th floor; extremely quiet, just amazing. Big room, though the beds were too narrow, odd. Bathroom very nice. Big tv, but no fridge. However, an iron. Breakfast is wonderful; I felt like eating more than I should. Room has nice decor, and wifi works very well. I guess it might be the best place in town.

Hotel is 4 Stars. My evaluation was between average and poor. Reasons were 2 points, the first was not right cleaning on toilet!! The second was broken mirror at shower room. Breakfast, parking and rest of equipment was ok. Hotel hasn’t any gym, or spa.

Lovely, spacious rooms with nice big windows overlooking square, museum and hill.
Cumbersome check in process due to covid registration etc
Good breakfast buffet - wide selection.

Wie immer sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Haben meine Wünsche bestens erfüllt und das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Wir waren hier zum Kururlaub mit dem Bus als Pauschalreise zum sehr günstigen Preis. Wir wurden von diesem Hotel sehr überrascht was wir für den Preis geboten bekamen. Klasse Hotel in Toplage in Kolberg, saubere große Zimmer, nettes Personal, die meisten sprachen auch Deutsch, gutes Essen (Vollpension), kleines Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool, Fitnessraum, gute Anwendungen. Auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung.
