-Departamentos modernos, luminosos y con muy buena ubicación ya que están a una cuadra de la calle principal de Ushuaia. -Ofrecen toallas, ropa de cama y amenities en el baño que son jabón líquido, acondicionador y shampoo. También tienen secador de pelo. Además te dejan sobres de café, té, azúcar y sobres de leche en polvo. -Está equipado con lo básico como para cocinar. -La calefacción es muy buena. -Respecto al wifi una sola vez anduvo un poquito mal, pero estando de vacaciones, es lo que menos me importó. -El check in se hace en un hotel que está justo a la vuelta, donde podes dejar las valijas en guarda hasta poder ingresar. Para ingresar al departamento y al edificio, te asignan un código, por lo que te desprocupas por las llaves. -Si querés desayunar en dicho hotel, lo podés hacer con costo extra y si necesitas que limpien el departamento durante tu estadía también es con costo extra y lo podés solicitar para un día puntal, si es que no querés que te lo hagan todos los días. -El personal de recepción son muy atentos y responden a todas las dudas que tengas.

Molto buona esperienza. A dieci minuti di auto dall'aeroporto, a 25 minuti dal centro turistico del porto, con tutto il resto, è possibile camminare per il panorama del Golfo di Guangzhou, molto bello, e poi andare all'agenzia di viaggio accanto al centro turistico per ordinare il viaggio desiderato è molto economico. L'hotel è anche decorato all'interno, e il panorama fuori dal ristorante è molto buono. Il servizio dell'hotel è anche molto buono. Puoi chiedere direttamente qualsiasi cosa tu voglia. Poiché non c'è ubriaco locale, chiedi alla reception che vuoi prenotare un taxi e ti contatteranno immediatamente e mandano qualcuno per prenderti.Il servizio è molto attento! L'unico posto insufficiente nella bellezza è se la camera doppia ordinaria è un po'scura, gli altri sono molto buoni, silenziosi e confortevoli, un hotel molto economico!

The restaurant dinner was genuinely fabulous - Michelin worthy. Mushroom risotto followed by a beef tenderloin that was 6 inches high and grilled to perfection. After that, a chocolate fondue with fruit and profiteroles! This is why I gave the hotel five stars. Had it not been for that meal, it would have earned 4. Unfortunately, the soundproofing between rooms is virtually nonexistent. This fact takes away from the beautiful view over the Beagle Channel. Service at the hotel was also very good with one big exception, a rather sullen woman (shania or something like it) greeted us on the fist day with absolute apathy and was never pleasant after that. The balance of the staff are great. But if you choose not to stay any the hotel, eat at the restaurant. It is worth the trip.

The studio room I had was exceptional. Huge space, comfortable in all respects and all furnishings and the bathroom are of a very high standard. The time it must take to prepare rooms like this explains why they are quite rigid about their 3pm check in time. We did know this and arrived at around 11am, simply wanting to use the toilet before leaving our luggage and setting out to explore. There is only one male and one female toilet in the public area and these were being cleaned at the time. This process took around 40 minutes and was drawn out by the application of buckets of water. Surely these toilets could be cleaned at a less busy time. The other area of disappointment was the breakfast. No “ healthy” cereals ( just children’s ones) poor selection of bread, poor eggs and limited yoghurt. The restaurant area is also poorly ventilated and busy. So I would give 3 stars for breakfast but the level of comfort is definitely 5 so overall 4.

Arrivati solo per una notte. Hotel molto bello e accogliente. Al piano primo ottimo wine bar e ristorante. La colazione molto assortita con qualità. Il parcheggio interno non e’ accessibile da fuori quindi ben custodito. Posizione top sul mare

This hotel was excellent for a three day stay in Ushuaia! The view of the city and the channel was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was good (but so is the food in town, so recommend going into town for dinner a time or two as well). The breakfast that was included was also very good. The staff I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel does offer a shuttle, but it quits running kind of early so I was glad to have a car....downtown Ushuaia is a bit far for most folks to walk, and the trip back to the hotel is all uphill. Parking is very convenient if you do have a car. There is also a nice set of hiking trails right next to the property that made for an enjoyable few hours. All told I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and would definitely consider staying here again.

Ho avuto una brutta esperienza, ho cercato di sorprendere mia moglie, ma non solo non hanno capito la mia richiesta, ma sono stato ignorato quando ho cercato di spiegarle. La ricezione è stata sorpresa quando abbiamo chiesto l'esenzione dall'IVA per gli stranieri e abbiamo detto che non esisteva (anche se a Buenos Aires e Bariloche abbiamo avuto diritto). Ci hanno fatto aspettare 40 minuti per la nostra cena quando era pronta e non ci hanno detto: l’acqua nel bagno cominciò a uscire bruna e non riscaldata, ma il personale disse che era normale. Quando insisti che non era, si promettono di mandare qualcuno dalla manutenzione, ma non è mai successo. La copertura aveva vecchie tinture di vino. L'ordine per il colazione à la carte (omelette) durò più di 40 minuti. Il controllo della temperatura dell'aria condizionata ha smesso di funzionare l'ultimo giorno, e il personale non voleva aiutarci a prenotare un taxi per riportarci all'aeroporto, affermando che non abbiamo prenotato questo servizio al check-in (anche se non ci hanno informato). In breve, un hotel a due stelle che paga come se fosse cinque, con personale non preparato e non interessato a risolvere i problemi degli ospiti. Sembra che non ci sia un manager o concierge in questo hotel. Non lo consiglio.

After travelling for nearly two days flatout without much sleep at all, we were really looking forward to a comfy bed and a good kip, which is exactly what we got when we managed to get the room to a normal temperature as both radiators in the room and bathroom were on full whack and with it being a smll basement room it held the hart really well. All good after 10 mins with windows wide open, and radiators off. We booked through an agent that we had used for our Antarctic Cruise, and although we stipulated a double bed with possibly a good view the agent did not pass on this information and so we ended up in twins in a basement room (no fault of the hotel directly). Unfortunately the staff had no other rooms available to move us into, but said they could look into it for our second (and last) night,but we didn't want the hassle of having to pack again and move everything when we were heading out early the next morning, so we kindly declined. The breakfast was included in our rate, with plenty of mainly cold foods (although some small pieces of warm hotdogs and eggs). Breakfast was on the fourth floor, and the views were spectacular (see photos). We could see the ship from the window (that was supposed to be taking us to Antarctica - separate review to follow but please beware of more recent reviews of Ocean Victory if you are thinking of booking). Next door to the breckfast room was a coffee machine and pastries available to guests anytime, which was a lovely touch. The reception didn't make us aware of this, but my partner had spotted this on someone else's review fortunately. Again, the views while you are having a coffee are amazing. Stupidly forgot to pack out converters, but reception were kind enough to borrow us one for our stay. Location is ideal, everything in Ushuaia seemed easy to stroll to, it's only a few mins to the main shopping street, and only 5 mins walk to the port. Would highly recommend this place, but ask for a view because that is a massive key feature to this lovely little place.
