Muito bom, provavelmente o melhor de Ushuaia. Spa fantástico, varias piscinas com diferentes temperaturas e saunas individuais que fazem toda a diferença. arquitetura é diferenciada

Struttura vecchia e squallida, bar chiuso, nessun servizio in camera, ristorante non ha mai posto, per un 5 stelle un vero disastro.
Risposta dei funzionari: siamo in periodo COVID!!!!
Location scomoda, 15 minuti di taxi per raggiungerlo. Sconsiglio a chiunque: non è uno dei “leasing hotels of the world” ma il peggior 5 stelle in cui sono mai stato!! E ne visito parecchi ogni anno!

Struttura vecchia con personale non all'altezza sicuramente di 5 stelle . Personale alla reception lento e poco cortese . Servizi scarsi e non conformi ad un hotel 5 stelle . Prezzi non adeguati e sicuramente alti per la tipologia di hotel .

I had a bad experience. I tried to arrange a surprise for my wife, but not only did they not understand my request, but I was ignored when I tried to explain. The reception was surprised when we asked about VAT exemption for foreigners and said that this did not exist (whereas in Buenos Aires and Bariloche we were entitled). They made us wait 40 minutes for our dinner table when it was ready and they didn't tell us. The water in the bathtub started to come out brown and not heat up, but the staff said that was normal. When I insisted that it wasn't, they promised to send someone from maintenance, but that never happened. The covering had old wine stains. An order for the à la carte breakfast (omelet) took more than 40 minutes. The air conditioning temperature control stopped working on the last day. The staff did not want to help book a taxi to take us back to the airport, claiming that we did not book this service at check-in (although they did not inform us of this). In short, a two-star hotel that charges as if it were five, with unprepared and uninterested staff in resolving guests' problems. It appears that there is no manager or concierge at this hotel. I do not recommend.

The infinity outdoor poor is what makes this hotel and the views of Ushuaia and Beagle Channel. The architecture is stunning especially the main floor. The rooms were modern, but not so comfortable for us. The hallways were dark. It would have been nice to have coffee/tea in the room.

Best hotel every aspect of. Best views. Staff very helpful. Best spa and massage. Best food either reasonable price . Good wines. Even though we were on 23 days expedition Antarctica, South Georgia and Falklands, highlight of our trip was this hotel.

An unexpected treat before our Auatralis boat trip. Perhaps it shouldn’t have been a surprise but we hadn’t expected it to be quite so lovely. The location of the hotel and in particular its spa is outstanding. The rooms were very lovely and spacious with great bathrooms and the bar/ dining areas were great. The views from the lobby bar and lower restaurant were spectacular. The food was delicious and very plentiful. Too plentiful! Definitely the place to stay.

This is an up-market hotel on a high point with an excellent view over Ushuaia. The accommodation is good, leisure facilities, excellent choice of food and a fast wi-fi. The main problem is the location which is some distance out of the town. A minibus is laid on for the benefit of customers which travels every hour in either direction.
