In generale, la stanza è buona, è che il suono è troppo cattivo per qualcuno che passa o parla nella stanza, e a volte c'è tempo di ronzio al piano di sopra. La notte è ancora tranquilla, nessuno è ronzio, viene dall'esame, in generale il rapporto prezzo non è alto, e il ronzio è generale.

Il cielo è stato sveglio senza un grande linguaggio. Non ho notato il soggiorno di mezzanotte. È stato sveglio per scoprire che il latte è così male nella testa del latte!E'sangue e gialle. Non so se è rimasto all'ora della giornata. L'hotel è stato scambiato fuori senza scambiare la testa???Non è tutto batterico?!!!! Vivere così tante volte in Cisgiordania per la prima volta!

MMichael V.2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

LLucky101I recently had the pleasure of staying for a night during a layover, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was impressively spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the voice-controlled lights and other amenities, which added a modern and convenient touch to my stay.
The location is another big plus—it's situated near a variety of excellent restaurants, making it easy to grab a good meal without venturing too far. Additionally, its proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient for travelers like myself who are catching connecting flights.
The hotel amenities were top-notch, further enhancing the overall experience. Despite my short stay, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and modern technology. My brief stay was perfect, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for any future layovers.

UUtente anonimoPrima di tutto, questo è chiaramente un bell'incrocio “Hampton by Hilton” - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Purtroppo, questo è circa quanto positivo quanto posso essere circa il mio soggiorno. La posizione è buona, anche se non molti buoni ristoranti locali o visibilità a piedi, avrete bisogno di un taxi. Servizio al desk front era inattivo e non professionale. Quando ho provato a usare il telefono nella stanza per chiamare il desktop e/o la custodia, la linea è stata automaticamente disaccoppiata. Il peggiore aspetto del mio soggiorno è stato gli aspetti “smart” della stanza. In primo luogo, l’aria condizionata non funziona. È stato 34/35 gradi durante il mio soggiorno e nonostante l'ariacone a 16 gradi con i fan massimi, la temperatura nella stanza è scesa quasi a 27/28 gradi tutta la notte. Portate il vostro fan! I controlli ”smart” significavano che tutte le luci nel bagno si accendevano non appena si spostava, che non è quello che si desidera in mezzo alla notte. Il pannello di controllo era sempre inclinato, proprio accanto al letto, che era molto irritante se questo tipo di cosa influenza il tuo sonno (è mio). La cosa peggiore era la TV che non si spegneva, e era incredibilmente luminosa, proprio davanti al letto. Ho finito per disinnesco la TV dal muro e per smontarla completamente per farla semi-oscura. Incredibilmente annoiante. Se vuoi una stanza oscura, con una temperatura confortevole, questo non è il posto per te... E' una vergogna, perché l'hotel ha potenziale, ma come è, non posso raccomandarlo, data queste questioni piuttosto fondamentali.

UUtente ospiteThe hostel is pretty good but the problem is the room are not cleaned that often and they are mostly dirtied by the other customers smoking in the room, etc. The reception gave me the key to the wrong room the night I arrived and blamed me for it. It's highly impossible to open another room with the keycard provided unless the wrong one was provided. But most problem was rectified by her colleague.

PPuriOverall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è molto conveniente in termini di costi. Il parcheggio è abbastanza grande, non il tipo di parcheggio sotterraneo circolare. È molto facile guidare da soli. La stanza è silenziosa, la biancheria da letto è molto confortevole e c'è una pendenza per camminare per separare la strada.La lobby è molto bella.Anche il buffet dell'hotel è buono, servirà una porzione separata di carne di manzo, la freschezza degli ingredienti e l'ambiente sono degni di cinque stelle.Il direttore Xiao Luoqiang ha un atteggiamento di servizio cordiale e anche le ragazze del ristorante sono molto entusiaste.Anche la posizione è buona, molto vicino al municipio.
