Location is good, many shopping and food around the hotel. Taxi, bus also a lot, very convenient. Cleanliness of hotel room is fine, the cleaning lady very friendly. Water pressure for shower not strong, but still acceptable.

Overall it’s a good hotel . Clean and had friendly staff. Accept foreigners.

The hotel room was very spacious and the check-in process was easy. The room has no drawer space and the shower drain was clogged, but the room came with a humidifier. The tv also had free English movies and tv shows under the 天山云TV app!

Great hotel- central to everything! We got a room that overlooked the main roundabout and it was great to watch the evening sunset over the city. Even though we overlooked the main street, you could hear no sound. A fantastic location to walk to the grand bazaar and People’s Park. People’s Park was amazing- do visit it in the evening as it’s lively and full of things to do. The hotel staff was super helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They young man at the counter even helped put us in touch with a driver when our initial plans for getting to Heavenly Lake fell through- he helped find a tour agent, driver, and helped to make sure everything was sorted for our day. Would stay here again.

Very happy with our stay. The service was very good. The doorman was very helpful to help us with our luggage when we arrived. The front desk staff is always helpful, very thoughtful to service drinks whenever we are near. The breakfast spread was good and well worth.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, the room is very clean , the receptionist is so friendly. Next time come back also choose A tour.

房間很舒適整潔，衞生乾淨設施齊全，很安靜。自助早餐應有盡有，味道很好，特色奶茶非常好喝。餐廳環境很漂亮，有很多圖書 ，閑暇時還可以喝茶看書。還有免費的宵夜，清淡的粥和小菜，非常適合晚到的旅客。酒店離北門地鐵站很近，方便室內景點遊玩。酒店工作人員態度熱情，服務周到，有求必應，值得推薦。

房間乾淨，床品舒適，地點便利，很適合旅行疲憊時安逸的休息一晚，前台工作人員態度很好，主動給我們升級房間，上午穿過高樓能看到出升的太陽，早餐廳在頂樓，躲過冬天底樓的泥濘，還可以看到遠處的雪山，品種多樣，最重要的是還可以喝上一杯喚醒一天能量的咖啡。下次有機會來烏魯木齊還會選擇這裏。

很不錯，免費升級了房型，房間還是很大很乾凈的，外面能看到雪，早餐還不錯花樣很多，還送了小零食很不錯，前台服務態度也很好，還有幫忙搬行李的，下次來還會再考慮住這裏！
