Grande soggiorno all'hotel con una posizione perfetta per le nostre esigenze. I supermercati e i ristoranti sono sul cancello. Il personale era davvero amichevole. Non molto aspettano all'ascensore. Le camere erano molto pulite e sono state pulite ogni giorno. La doccia era grande e l'AC funzionava molto bene. La stanza era grande quando arrivammo presto e lasciammo tardi, quindi apprezzammo il fatto che il nostro bagaglio era stato conservato in sicurezza. Il personale era molto amichevole. La posizione è stata grande per il parco Olympia, il museo BMW e il Welt con grandi collegamenti di trasporto alla città e al centro.

Nice people, the entrance looks good and that's where it stops. Rooms are dated, and not just dated but I'd say ready to be redone at least 5 years ago. In the bathroom, all white plastic stuff is yellow, the bath is small (but who cares) and the tiles around it are showing body fat + soap mixture colors. When I woke up (room 336) my legs were itchy, something very small obviously bit me, perhaps bed bugs IDK. Then, if you book for 1 person, you'll get a small 1 person duvet, which doesn't make sense on a 2 person's bed, the pillow is a sheet with a 3cm filling in it which only works if you sleep on your back, sideways you'll wake up with pain in your neck. Did I mention the neighbors, you can hear them clearly because there is a door to the adjoining room which doesn't stop any sound from fellow hotel visitors who go to the toilet, bath, or make any type of sound. There's also some strange logic behind refreshing the towels, you'll have to go downstairs and get them yourself, I never had such a thing in all my life. As stated, the people are nice, so I didn't want to bother them with this bad experience as they can't do anything about it. I'd say, management, close the hotel for 2 months, get some Polish workers in there and redo everything so it matches the experience you have on the ground floor.

Se stai cercando un conforto elegante con un ottimo personale di fronte al cliente, questo è il posto per te. Il posto si goccia solo di stile. La stanza ha tutto quello che avete bisogno per un viaggio d'affari - WiFi decente, apparecchi di illuminazione di qualità, un letto decente di dimensioni con una mattressa ferma, una doccia con pressione eccellente, un ristorante e un bar con buone ore di apertura. La gente che ha progettato l'hotel Marketis sapeva cosa facevano.Vorrei davvero prendere questo hotel con me durante i miei viaggi.

L'hotel è stato molto interessante, perché era piuttosto occupato, ma non c'era personale sul sito per gestire il posto. Invece, si dovrebbe lasciare entrare nella vostra stanza inserendo un codice personale nella tastiera accanto alla porta della vostra stanza e questo è il luogo in cui abbiamo avuto un problema. Abbiamo prenotato due camere in questo hotel per due notti pensando che potremmo arrivare tardi (19:00) e mettere le valigie nelle nostre camere e colpire la città per un po' di cibo. Abbiamo prenotato questo via Trip.com e ci hanno dato solo un numero di prenotazione che è solitamente buono se si può dimostrare che al personale dell'hotel al momento dell'arrivo. Tuttavia, poiché non c'era nessun personale a bordo, non c'era nessun numero di camera, nessun codice di entrata, nessuna pista su come arrivare nelle nostre stanze. Per tagliare una lunga storia breve (il processo di bordo ci ha voluto 90 minuti in totale, per cui abbiamo perso la finestra di occasione di andare a mangiare) abbiamo trovato un numero di telefono dove siamo stati salutati da un membro del personale remoto che ci ha guidati attraverso Il processo di check-in, in modo che alla fine abbiamo ottenuto due numeri di camera (anche se separati da tre magazzini) e codici per sbloccare le camere, così siamo stati molto grati per l'aiuto di questo personale. Trip.com dall'altro ci ha lasciati incastrati sul pavimento. Le camere sono state molto moderne e piacevoli con te e caffè, e anche una cucina per cucinare un uovo o forse fare un piatto semplice. E si trovano proprio al di là del Parco Olimpico e un centro commerciale molto conveniente con un ALDI.

Molto bene! L'hotel, tuttavia, non ha un numero di telefono o un indirizzo di posta elettronica diretta, quindi, quando ho scritto un indirizzo di posta elettronica al ”main” la risposta è tornata quasi una settimana dopo, un secondo scritto il 30 aprile non è ancora stato risposto. Perchè non avere la possibilità di scrivere o chiamare il premio del vostro destinazione/state? Qualcosa di cui pensare direi. Purtroppo, quando si chiedeva di orario di autobus davanti all'hotel il ricevitore non poteva fornire alcuna informazione - doveva Andate al fermo per vedere il calendario. Tuttavia, consiglio l'hotel ai viaggiatori: cortesia, amicizia e fantastiche scelte di colazione.

The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

Consegna facile. Molto conveniente ubicazione all'aeroporto MUC. Camera familiare è piccola per quattro con non molto deposito ma pulita e sufficiente per una notte. Aria condizionata e wifi funzionava bene. Non si può guidare e cadere il bagaglio direttamente dalla ricezione. È un po 'di passeggiata intorno alla casa. circa 30 metri, non grande se sta piovendo. Colazione costosa per le scelte date. 10 € per un colazione continentale con gioielli, tagli freddi e uova bollite più alcuni cereali, caffè, tè e succo.

This hostel is awesome. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. We came a few hours before the check in time (1500 hrs) and we were greeted, checked in and shown somewhere to securely leave our luggage while they prepared our rooms. The room itself (ours was a 10 person) is clean, with clean sheets and a very clean en-suite bathroom/shower. The rooms have air conditioning, however it was very warm at the time of our visit so I think it was struggling. Nonetheless the room felt homely and has a locker to put your valuables/clothes in (like a football locker). The breakfast is a continental breakfast priced at €8. There are many meats and cheeses along with: cereal, bread, fruit, yoghurt, juices, coffee and scrambled eggs. The breakfast is a buffet so you can really make the most of it for €8 per person. The bar area itself is very nicely decorated, and run by very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this hostel to everyone. Wether you’re looking to chill out or party this hostel has everything. Would like to say a huge thanks to Kimom and Giorgos in particular. They made our visit extremely fun and provided many suggestions as to where we should go/ avoid. I have no doubts the rest of the staff are the same, but these guys made it extra special. Thanks dudes!

If you want to see the true colors of the hotel's management, read the REPLY TO below which is a reply that the management posted as a reply to the below opinion there. TL;TR: We had a terrible experience. AC doesn't work properly (the lowest temperature setting was 24 and the hotel couldn't do anything about that). Not worth the money. In case of any problems, do not count on reasonable compensation if they offer you compensation at all. Management is rude and receptionists will misinform you if that suits the hotel's interest. The hotel is far from anything, including reliable public transport. --------------------------------------- OPINION: 1. Our AC did not work (the lowest setting was 24C) - they offered to open a window... to the noisy highway next door; as compensation, we were offered 2 drinks! 2. Do not trust their Clean Promise policy! The cleaning Service does not do their job properly. We think some places are left uncleaned: there were breadcrumbs on the table left and the sink also had a few dirt marks left. 3. The place is far from anything, including reliable busses that occasionally do not arrive at all after 8 PM and you need to take a 20-25 mins walk from the train station. 4. They are very delicate if you say ”hurtful” but true things to them and they like to argue with a client instead of making things better. --------------------------------------- REPLY TO Lisa Neumeir General Manager: Unless you change your reply, everyone now will see how unprofessional you are. First, you lie, and you put words into other's people mouths: - I never said you ”treated me with hostility”, I said you were rude, - I never said ”Cool the room down to 10 degrees”, we wanted the temperature below 24, you and your employee knew and saw the problem and couldn't do anything about it, - I never in our exchange mentioned booking the wrong hotel because that was not the problem - I have no idea how you made such an irrelevant connection and what is going on up there. Finally, you continue misleading people. Yes, you immediately offered ”2 drinks on the house” but it clearly(!) was not enough for the problems we met, but... If did not understand the difference between a refund and compensation. After huge problems, you offered us a room change... on the very last night (you expected us to move to another room with all our things after 8 PM when we returned to the hotel?). And, you never offered ”the total amount back” but just one night when we expected 2 nights for the inconvenience caused. Lisa, you clearly do not know how to speak and how to treat a client in a respectable way when a problem appears, so they recommend you later. We will never want to have anything to do with not just your hotel but the whole brand of Holiday Inn Express.
