Buon posto per prenotare un hotel a e da ******. Ma non prenoterei di nuovo personalmente. Chiesto per due asciugamani, solo uno ospitato, la sala di grandezza re non si sente come uno a causa della struttura e il bagno è incredibilmente piccolo che si potrebbe quasi chiudere la porta confortevolmente.

Check in was quick and easy. Took no more than 5-10 minutes. Front desk was very attentive and friendly. Amber was awesome. Hotel was very clean. From, rooms to the common areas. Rooms were very nicely decorated. We stayed in a Studio w/ 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed that had pull out bed. Also has 2 TVs which was very nice addition. Indoor pool was moderate sized. Not heated so be prepared to ease your way in if you are chicken like me :> Hotel has a computer and printer so if you need to print out anything ( like tickets to Mystic Aquarium which I purchased but forgot to print out at home) saved me for losing $$$ as you need actual hard copy ticket to get in. Free Breakfast was nice addition and very good/tasty. From amazing muffins to delicious, scrambled eggs (hot and always filled in warmer) to staples like yogurt or cereals to juices (orange/cranberry, apple). There is even a waffle maker (didn't use as rest of items filled us up). Only goes from 630-930 on weekdays so get there quick. It is worth it. The woman (never got name) who came out to refil trays in ”buffet style” breakfast was AWESOME with capital A. very kind and also saw her make a waffle for someone that was having challenge using it. Saw multiple guest individuals with special needs (we have 2 kids on autistic spectrum, and everyone was super accommodating. Only small issue was that we asked for rooms to be cleared every other day. We were only there for 3 nights (Sunday through Wednesday) and though I saw them cleaning rooms they never came to our room and for we were out most of day from 11am-4pm so there was time for them to go in and we didn't have sign on door to say. Don't clean so felt little left out. I referenced on check out. Was told there was sometimes glitch between systems. It was not a huge hotel so not sure how that happens but anyway 99% was very good. If had to do over again I may have gone up to front or spoke to one of the cleaners directly but to me basic tasks like housekeeping didn't feel like you should. They did respond to small issues i raised like 1 bathroom sink where water wasn't going down and the fix it guy fixed it quickly and was very kind and professional. Food in area is limited but loved Golden palace (Chinese) right around corner and amazing food, huge portions. Not too far away was Chilli's where you can order on line and they bring right to car when done. Little smaller portions (steak 6oz looked like baby size) but was well made. We went to mystic (about 20 min away) for bigger things like Aquarium and the Old mystic village (very nice shops) and the mystic seaport was so awesome to walk around the small nice ships (pricey but nice to take walk on calm warm day). Mystic pizza (from the movie) was there but honestly pizza tasted same as dominos or worse. Very shocking but we took picture to say we were there.
