Everything is great. Big hotel has many rooms,but.all in order.Good to stay.

Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und geräumig. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, zum Hbf und die Innenstadt ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und zweckmäßiger Schreibtisch in den Zimmern. Perfekt für Business und Bildungsreisen. Also ich werde wieder kommen.

Muy asequible y limpio. Cerca del teatro y otros lugares para visitar. Al lado tiene la parada de autobús y tranvía para ir a donde quieras! Recomiendo 👍✅

經濟酒店，還行吧，就是床有點小，而且有兩個ibis，容易搞錯

Hotel che versa in pessime condizioni, non è sicuramente nello stile IBIS. Ho prenotato il soggiorno di luglio 2024 a novembre 2023 e contestualmente ho contattato l'hotel per poter prenotare un posto nel loro garage per la mia moto. Mi hanno risposto che non era possibile. In arrivo in hotel, nei posti dedicati al parcheggio delle moto c'era una macchina. Ho fatto presente alla receptionist che ha fatto finta di non capire, quindi ho parcheggiato in un posto dedicato alle auto. Dopo cena sono passata dal garage e con mio enorme stupore la macchina non c'era più, al suo posto vi erano ben 5 moto. Deduco quindi che la macchina era stata parcheggiata li perchè i proprietari delle moto avevano riservato tale posto. Quindi si fanno favoritismi oltre alla scortesia della receptionist. Sicuramente non tornerò in questo hotel che ha delle tariffe davvero non coerenti con i servizi offerti e con il livello della struttura.

Buona soluzione abbastanza centrale con parcheggio, camere non proprio rinnovate ma confortevoli, buona colazione, personale cordiale e buon wi fi. Unici appunti: ascensore sempre occupato o lento, parcheggio con posti microscopici, difficilissimo parcheggiare e riuscire anche ad uscire dall'auto senza incastrarsi.

Hotel molto comodo per visitare il centro città che si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti. Trovare un parcheggio in zona è praticamente impossibile, ma quello privato ha un costo onestissimo. C'è anche un panettiere proprio accanto se si vuol fare una colazione veloce. Camera abbastanza grande, comoda e pulita. Ci siamo trovati bene.

I booked two rooms directly through ALL ACCOR for a November stay in September. All went through and fine, at a decent price. We selected the ‘rooms next to or facing each other’ option and were dually given rooms next to each other. On the morning of our stay Ibis tried to take the money out of my account again, which declined thankfully. On arrival they told me it had declined, but I had to then prove that I had already paid. A ten minute hold up, but was sorted in the end. I believe this is because I ‘checked in’ the day before arrival, as per the email received telling me to do so. Location is good for what we wanted, central, easy to get to and plenty of transport links nearby. We went to our room and were amazed by the strong smell of smoke, despite ‘no smoking’ signs being prominent throughout. The rooms smelt a little less thankfully. The hotel is quite dated, and in dire need of a refresh. Rooms are very basic - 5 hangers, no tissues, really small towels, a tv. There are no drink making facilities, which is a shame. You could use the toilet paper to sand wood! The bed was ok, not a bad night sleep, could hear people though through the thin walls. We didn’t have breakfast included so cannot comment on that, but there is a lovely bakery next door which I would highly recommend. Check out simple and quick. There’s an Ibis Budget next door, and if our hotel was the better version I would hate to see what the Budget is like! To summarise, if you just want a place to sleep and aren’t bothered about anything else, it’s fine… but don’t check in online before!

Good location and very nice staff. Was my first time here but staff made me feel like a regular guest. It is located just outside of the city centre. The Munster is 5 minutes walking away. The Donau maybe 10.

Stayed one night here as I was passing through Germany on a road trip. Very spartan, but if you don't mind just somewhere to lay your head that's close to the city center (5 mins walk or less), then this hotel fits the bill. Some free street-parking a block away, but can be hard to find a spot. Interestingly, during my stay none of the key cards were working. The Staff had to come open our door every time we wanted in our room. Inconvenient, sure, but the Staff cheerfully did their job and so I didn't complain. Kudos to them
