Services and bedding is very poor quality, washrooms accessories are in very poor condition, have booked this for two nights but it’s totally wastage of my money

Breakfast service time is so late, also not provided food as per customer's test. Like tea don't provide as per customer's demand test.

I had booked suite room but when i reached the hotel i was told the room which i booked was not available and i was given a very small room. After connecting with makemytrip customer care they told me that i can not get the suite room and if i want i cancel the booking and full amount will be returned and i can stay in the smaller room and pay directly to the hotel. It was 12 midnight so i had no other option and had to stay in a very small room without even a window.

I found the hotel to be decent and comfortable. Fairly clean and hygienic too. Food was 4 on a scale of 5. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely like to come again.

The hotel facilities we i good and delivered as promised. Hotel location was good, and surrounding had good options for snacks, medicine. Hotel staff was very cordial and cooperative. Ample dedicated parking space. I would highly recommend.

Location - far away from temple. Unhygienic room, extremely poor maintenance, no hot water facilities, they don’t even change bedsheets, extremely dirty bed sheets and towels, damaged wc, they don’t offer breakfast even if it is included in the package. Zero hotel management experience.

When we are come in hotel sewage pipe likage and all areas with bed smell flush tank not work properly in d rower empty tank of bear

Room was neat & clean, ambiences of the hotel was so amazing and had very appealing lighting and architecture hence got very lovely pictures. Also, it is near to bus station and in middle of the market. There are lots of restaurants near by the hotels for food variety and they are very amazing.
