+ very nice thermal pool, SPA and Jacuzzi. + Finnish and infrared sauna + good menu selection of the restaurant + very friendly,courteous and multilingual staff. + excellent food in the restaurant. + very clean + small little dogs stay in the room free of charge + fresh made omelette for breakfast upon request without extra charge + very nice atmosphere in beautiful winter-garden for breakfast + spacious parking area, free of charge + romantic atmosphere around through little lake, bridge and lot of flowers + we got late check-out upon request without additional costs. - very small room, upgrade not offered - room was not well isolated against noise from staircase and homecoming guests - not accessible for wheelchairs and handicapped guests - no gluten free items for breakfast - room heating possible only by air-condition which was was quite noise through the and and ventilation
