We really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained. The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options. The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

Zana Lakefront hotel in Udaipur is a special place.The attention to details and the care taken by the staff is commendable. A special mention of Restaurant Manager Azad with his whole team Pinky, Adil and Chef Kadak took special care preparing diet food for my 80 year old mother. Also Reception Manager Chandraban with team members Sujoma, Lalit, Harshad amongst others. A huge thank you !

Very badly maintained property. Substandard service for examples limited to no towels available in the room or pool. Shower had no pressure. Manager was not available to speak with and the staff was unable to do anything without his permission. Food was not bad.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking lake view from my room—waking up to the calm waters and beautiful sunrise was unforgettable. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making the stay feel even more welcoming. Dining was another highlight—delicious food with both local and international options, and the restaurant also offered a great view of the lake. The location was ideal: peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to explore nearby attractions. It truly felt like the perfect balance of comfort, natural beauty, and excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with unforgettable lake views. I’ll definitely be coming back! Bipin Kumar , very nice guy

I recently planned a leisure trip to Udaipur with my family. We booked Zana Resort at the price of a five-star property, as it was listed as a five-star hotel on all major websites. However, it is not a five-star property. The lobby was the worst — it was dirty and poorly maintained. The outside view of the property looked nice, but the overall experience inside did not match five-star standards at all. This is definitely not a five-star hotel.

We stayed at Zana Lake Resort, Udaipur for one night and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully located by the lake, offering serene views and a peaceful atmosphere — perfect for a quick escape from the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. The decor blended contemporary style with traditional touches, making it both comfortable and charming. The staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the in-house restaurant, with a good variety of dishes and great service. The ambiance by the water made the meal even more enjoyable. The resort grounds are well-maintained, with a lovely pool and garden area ideal for a relaxed stroll. Even though our stay was short, it felt refreshing and memorable. Highly recommend Zana Lake Resort for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for peace, comfort, and beautiful surroundings in Udaipur. We’ll definitely return for a longer visit!
