The rooms and decor in this hotel are beautiful. It gives you the feeling of being in a palace. The hotel is lit up at night and looks amazing. The breakfast was simple but good and staff were friendly. We had to change rooms due to a damp smell coming from the room but they were able to move us.

Our stay at Chunda Palace with my sister and mother turned into something far more memorable than just a holiday - it felt like stepping into a world where every detail was crafted to make us feel cherished. The palace itself was breathtaking, with its regal architecture and old-world charm transporting us to another era. What made our experience extraordinary was the genuinely warm hospitality. While Kishor guided us beautifully through drink selections and dinner pairings, Chunni Lal took exceptional care of us during breakfast, attending to our every need with quiet efficiency. What touched us most was how the entire staff, worked together seamlessly to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. The magical terrace dining under the stars with live music created unforgettable memories, as did waking up to those spectacular sunrise views during breakfast. There was something deeply comforting about being looked after by staff who clearly took pride in their work and treated guests like family. For travelers seeking more than just luxury & for those wanting to feel truly welcomed and cared for, Chunda Palace delivers an experience that lingers in your heart long after you leave. We returned home not just with beautiful photos, but with that rare, warm glow that comes from being genuinely well taken care of.

The stay was great. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful. They were very welcoming and helped us as much as possible. The staff at the restaurant and bar were also great. Especially chunni lal who always provided us with food and got us anything we needed. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we come back to Udaipur.

I stayed at Chunda Palace during my Udaipur trip and felt like royalty. The palace-style design, hand-painted walls, and beautiful lake view from my room were amazing. The Rajasthani thali was delicious, and the staff was very polite. If you want a royal and peaceful stay in Udaipur, I highly recommend Chunda Palace.

Nice location, Perfect breakfast,Best stay ,Big and comfortable rooms Best for architecture and stay is smooth. Near Lake pichola, Near to Some Markets,Fast and smooth service, helpful in every way, Staff is very cooperative, Chaman ji is our floor incharge very nice behaviour.

Awesome hospitality and welcoming. The view of the restaurant was amazing and the service was also pretty good, just everything was on point. We are very much impressed from the food,cleanliness,welcoming. And it is very near from all the attractions point of Udaipur.

Our stay at Chunda Palace was truly exceptional! The ambiance, adorned with intricate hand-painted interiors and stunning murals, was absolutely mesmerizing. We had a wonderful experience in the luxurious Heritage room. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views of Lake Pichola, City Palace, and Uday Vilas. The staff was incredibly polite and supportive, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Manager Ankit Srivastava and team members Chunni Lal, Ishika, and Anushka for their warm hospitality and for making our visit truly memorable.

Chunda Palace is just amazing with superb view and nice tasty food. Just returned today(16th, Feb,2025) after organizing marriage of my family member. Hotel is amazing with good and courteous staff. Everything was good but please dont use Luvraj cab services, very inprofessional. They give half information of the charges while taking booking. They gave me surprises at the end of trip. I took his services and felt cheated when they came up with charges which were not mentioned earlier at the end of 10 hours road trip from udaipur to Noida. Please refer Rai Cabs, superb service they provide.I took Rai Cans from Noida to Udaipur, they are very professional.

Hi, I had a horrible experience while making a booking i spoke to Ms./Mrs. Abha, gave me a quote on the call for the dates I mentioned. the moment I asked her to confirm it, she refused immediately saying that she got confused and quoted me the wrong booking amount as I was asking for a discount, Also she spoke to me very rudely. When I asked to talk to her senior she told me she was the senior person in the team and I would have to only speak to her. this was very very distasteful and after that she also warned me that she would also not offer me the discount which she was offering. i have all the call recordings of our entire conversation, it's a beautiful property I have stayed here in the past but the management is just not doing the justice. I am the last person to leave a bad review for any business as I know how difficult it is to manage one, but also i haven't been treated like this ever before. please be very careful of what you are speaking to them about, she even told me that i have called her several times now, and because of this she got confused, i don't understand even if i call her umpteen times how can the rates differ? and that too within a span of a few minutes sorry but this was very unprofessional i also sent her the call recording to confirm our conversation, and she told me that there were too many guests that she had to handle and I shouldn't waste much of her time. when you claim it's a 5-star please train your people accordingly they shouldn't just forget or miscommunicate the booking prices. and even if they have the organization should own it, that's when you know that it's an organisation who sticks to its words and that according to me is 5 Star Hotel. Not where you commit something and go back on your words. Sorry but not sorry for leaving this review

Luxury stay, Awesome Food and nice hospitality… very good behaviour of all staff… palace’s interior and exterior both are mindblowing… i recommend this property for stay as couple & family… There are everything nearby this property like city palce, lake pichola and fateh sagar lake… and it’s only 3-4 kilometres to sajjangarh fort from this palace…

We had excellent experience in rooftop restaurant at chunda palace i have visited many hotels but this one stand out with great food and service thrideep and animesh putout the best service and suggested us best dishes to make sure we had a great time

We went to celebrate New year in Udaipur. Chunda Palace is amazing place to stay. You have Rajasthani touch everywhere, on walls, furniture, ceiling, architecture. The staff are very helpful. The view from the rooftop restaurant is mind blowing.

Wonderfull food and service must visit thrideep is there for you all with his outstanding service great food we tried both indoor and rooftop restaurants its one to one good and provided great experience overall must visit place and great time

A 3 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star. The rooms are dated and extremely unhygienic esp bathrooms. Save yourself the trouble and stay in better properties nearby which are more upto date and clean like Trident or even other lesser known hotels nearby.
