Our stay could've been a really pleasant stay. Just an incident that happened ruined it for us. So it started raining on the fifth floor and obviously we had to rush to our rooms, my partner was wrapped in a pool towel over her swim suit. The male staff on the fifth floor called us as if we were thieves, asked us to drop the towels in the basket. It was just extremely inappropriate and inconvenient, and even though I asked to take the towels to our rooms, he said "No! " With a very straight face. Just sat there watching my partner dropping her towel. If that's not harassment, I don't know what it is. Not sure if I'll ever want to come back. The norm in this situation and that's from two years living in hotels in Thailand, they'll definitely let you take the towel to your room and collect them later when you check out.
