The price is really reasonable. I stayed at this hotel on the way to Sapa. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It will be a good option when traveling to the northern area of Hanoi. I totally recommend this hotel.

DISHONEST IMAGES on TRIP APP 1. when i checked in the hotel address booked in advance, the receptionist directed to the other Royal hotel nearby which was 3stars, not 4 stars as stated. They said it was due to low hotel rate booked. App and actual is different. App is 4 stars and exact address and didnt say there was 3star hotel instead. It seemed like tricking customers. 2. Booking is triple room but in fact twin room. Please just post exact information so as not to confuse customers. Thank you

Vielles chambres, serviettes sales, traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain et petit déjeuner pas bon ! Le personnel du "Royal Palace hôtel" parle un anglais approximatif. À fuir !

房間還算可以，滿寬敞的。附近的餐廳水平不太行。整體來講，在這個地區能有這個水平就還可以。早飯的河粉還不錯。

酒店地理位置方便，在市區；去年吃飯的地方也近，前台服務員態度也很好．；整個房間衞生，乾淨，下次會再住。

Prima hotel om een nachtje te blijven. Het ontbijt is niet heel speciaal maar wel goed genoeg met verschillende keuzes een ook wat westerse producten.

酒店位置就在市中心，到哪裡都方便，酒店乾淨整潔，舒適性價比好，附近離湖邊不遠，還有vincom市場，飯店酒吧很多。
