If you’re considering Serenity Queen Hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! This place is an absolute disaster, and the management is completely incompetent.
1. Unreachable and Unhelpful Staff
From the moment I arrived, I realized that getting any kind of assistance from the hotel was impossible. The front desk is either empty or run by people who don’t care. When I tried calling, the phone just rang endlessly with no one picking up. Emails? Ignored. Imagine having an urgent issue and not being able to reach anyone—frustrating is an understatement!
2. Refusing to Acknowledge or Assist Guests
I had an issue with my booking and needed help from the hotel management. Instead of assisting me, they completely ignored my case, refused to respond to inquiries, and left me stranded. A professional hotel would at least acknowledge concerns and try to help. This hotel does neither.
3. No Accountability – Zero Customer Service
The management clearly does not care about guests. Instead of working to resolve problems, they disappear, making you deal with everything on your own. The fact that even the booking platform couldn't reach them says everything you need to know—this place is a joke.
4. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
A hotel that refuses to communicate with guests or address issues is not worth your time or money. Serenity Queen Hotel is a nightmare, run by incompetent management who should not be in the hospitality industry. If you want a stress-free stay, choose literally anywhere else.

The hotel was perfect. Everyone is friendly. We came with our family.Location was good they has starbucks inside the hotel. Everyone is smiling especially Emre frim animation team so kind and friendly.From bar Ela, Yunus and Furkan are perfect…

The hotel is nice, with a fairly large area and pretty good cocktails. Room cleaning is decent. The food will be okay for the first few days, but later it becomes repetitive — the same things over and over. The only really edible option is chicken; everything else is rather bland. There was nothing special about the food during the stay — you won’t go hungry, but you won’t be impressed either. It’s very convenient that there are bars by the pools, and I especially liked the adults-only (16+) pool, where it’s quiet and also has a bar. However, the animation is very poor, and in the evenings there’s nothing to do. There’s little to offer young people except sipping cocktails and listening to the action going on in neighboring hotels. The service isn’t terrible, but they do love tips, and the service quality improves significantly when you give them. There are a lot of Russian guests, so if you prefer a vacation without their behavior and mentality, I would suggest choosing another hotel. If you have a late departure, there’s no place to store your belongings, and you’ll have to pay a hefty amount if you want to extend your stay in the room. We wouldn’t choose this hotel again, and since we paid quite a bit, there are definitely better hotels available for the same price.

Totally disgusted with this hotel, I was so looking to go there and a week left after sorting out my return cancelled flights and booking new ones. Get an email today from on the beach that they are closing the hotel on 31st october and they cannot honour our booking and trying to give me a crap hotel.. i booked this 5 months ago for a reason for 8 people.. a special 18th birthday fr my daughter anf now a week before they have cancelled it.. why put dates on if you are closing it.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! It’s new and modern, which made for a really comfortable experience. The beach was great and the sea warm, but still refreshing, making October a great time to visit. The cocktails were also excellent and offered a lot of variety. The entertainment program was also great, and everyone was super friendly. A special shoutout to Ahmet, who gave us great company and was very funny! Warm regards to him. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place. p.s. the Starbucks coffee was a great bonus

We spent in Serenity Queen a wonderful time. The hotel was beautifull as well as the beach and swimming pools. I also have to mention the food which was amazing and diverse. But these things are not what we miss the most. The most we miss people who we met there. All staff were so kind that we really felt special, as a part of a family I’d say. Entertainment guys (Emre, Ahmed, and others) „forced” us to play volleyball, darts and archery but we definitely don’t regret it :) Our sons will certainly remember the fantastic waiter who joked with them and showered them with balloons. And what we’ll remember for sure are dinners in the moonlight with great service from very polite and helpful Bilal, who with the help of his colleagues made us feel really special.

Absolutely brilliant hotel the welcome of the staff was amazing very friendly and polite there was one waiter who went the extra mile he was so polite and helpful friendly such a lovely guy his name was Huran he always was there to help he waited on us all week at the hotel , his work standard was 1st class proper worker. His a absolute legend for the Serenity queen hotel well done to him thank you for making us so welcome Richard and Carol UK England
