先在**上預訂這家酒店，告訴我**上是違規操作，讓我退了，我在**上訂過那麼多次酒店沒出現過問題，你説退好嘛，我退了。讓我在華住會上訂，比我在**上貴，我問她可以在別的平台訂嗎？才告訴我可以在攜上訂。這些本來也沒啥，結果十二點零六分打房間電話説有人給她打電話説我這個訂單要取消，找我來核對訂單訊息。你不會在接到取消訂單電話的時候核對一下我下那一單有沒有提交取消申請嗎？我**上定了你看不見，你説**不正規，好，我理解。你們説的攜程可以訂總是你們承認的正規平台吧，我攜程上取沒取消你也看不見嗎，一定要在半夜給人打電話問訂單號？？？？你們酒店本來就是一個過往行人的一箇中途落腳點，都想好好休息，第二天安全出行。誰半夜來取消訂單啊！！！！

這是一家非常好的酒店，房間大，寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。員工們熱情服務，令人倍感温馨。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐，入住下來令我倍感放鬆。停車免費，周邊都是餐廳，很方便。滿意

服務態度沒得説，尤其是高個子保安大叔，耐心的講解還幫送行李，早餐也是特別豐富，菜品齊全乾凈衞生，餐廳的姐姐服務態度也很好全程微笑！唯一有點缺陷，1樓和2樓是餐飲聚集地，晚上特別吵！其他的很滿意

房間挺大的，設施也很全。
但是早上9點就開始有服務員敲門了，聲音很大，直接被吵醒了。
早餐的咖啡是雀巢去送咖啡的味道，而且水加太多了，不好喝！其他都還可以。
