I'm only giving good review because I appreciate the staff and security in the lobby who was such a heaven sent. I had issues with other travellers but they were able to resolve it. If I ever come here again, I'll make sure to get NOT THE SHARED ROOM to avoid another encounter with drunk, noisy and scary Chinese people who traumatized me all night. Kudos to the kuyas in the lobby. Thank you for all the help and understanding. And thank you for the free upgrade as a compensation. If I'll be back, I hope to seeing you guys again.

My overall experience is excellent. The room is new, and the location is great, although the amenities are limited.

Very nice and clean place to stay if you're in the city. Near the mall so easy to find place to eat and buy necessities. If you have a vihicle no need to worry coz they have lots of parking space. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The only thing we did not like is that there is no internet at the time of our stay and data is quite slow inside the room. Nonetheles we will definitely go back here for it's accesibility and value of money!

New building and the stuff are kind

I recently stayed in this hotel very close to the VFS visa appointment center, which made my trip incredibly convenient. The location is also a short walk from Ayala Malls, perfect for dining and shopping. However, the room lacked a TV and Wi-Fi, which might be a downside for some guests. On the plus side, the hotel has a shared pantry where you can heat water, use the microwave, and store some food in the fridge. Overall, if proximity to the visa center and Ayala Malls is your priority and you don’t mind the absence of in-room entertainment, this hotel is a decent choice.

Good location but note there is no wifi and tv . Our ac you had to tinker with the outlet and cord for it to turn on. Strong AC that was the only plus . If you just want a place to sleep and nothing else. Then this would be a good place for you.

Clean space, toilet and bath is separated, no other appliances aside from the air condition. Basic toiletries and towels are provided.

The room was very good ....they don't have tv in the room...but it's okey. Very comfortable to stay with.

The stay was good. The staffs was accomodating and the place is clean.

The location is excellent—close to everything you might need, which was super convenient. Cleanliness was decent; nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about either. However, the view from my room was pretty underwhelming, and the amenities were quite basic.
