Natalie and Mauricio are the best! They welcomed us and took care of every need from delivered groceries to the house, setting up the volleyball net on the beach, restaurant reservations, setting up transportation, to providing onsite garment care as we readied ourself for the various wedding events. The AC in one of the rooms was not working, but they resolved without hesitation. There is security at beach and back access points . The attention to detail, cleanliness, and beach support was as stated by the reviews. This place is nestled in the right part of town with top rated restaurants at a short walking distance. The house Casa Chakte has 3 floors and comfy coves through out the house and a dipping pool can be found to relax and take in nature. Even though there was party music at neighboring restaurants and clubs, this property offers enough privacy and seclusion to feel the comforts of home away from home. You are guaranteed to catch sunrises and a nice ocean view as this house offers a rooftop to lounge in, including a hammock to lay back and hear the sounds of nature. We went for 5 nights to attend brother’s destination wedding and most of our family and friends stayed at various Ahau Collection properties and Aldea Canzul was a true 5 star property from arrival to departure. We highly recommend.

We stayed in the treehouse for my best friend's bachelor party. The whole experience blowed me away. This was the most beautiful airbnb I've ever stayed in. Extremely clean so safe perfectly located when visiting Tulum. Everyone was so professional we had 24 hour security and they were beyond accommodating. 10/10 would highly recommend

This was an awesome experience right from the get go. We were to arrive around the uninvited early Hurricane. Mauricio who was helping me coordinate the trip, was very reassuring and made our trip finally come true. The house was clean, gorgeous and perfect for our party of 10. Upon arrival to the farewell, all our 4 days were filled with pampering, diligent responses to our questions, great suggestions, and most of all attention to detail. Nat was the most wonderful hostess, always with a smile and just a message away. The most memorable girls trip all because of the hospitality of Nat and Mau. Thank again!!!

My wife and I traveled to Tulum with 17 of our closest friends and family to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The facility is absolutely beautiful and incredibly maintained, but the real story is the staff. They went above and beyond for us at every moment. With such a large group we had a lot of requests and they were always very responsive to what we needed. I can’t thank you all enough for making our 50th bday trip special. Be safe and we hope to see you again soon.

Everything was amazing! The homes had everything needed. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. The grounds are incredible. When we needed something, the staff was there to assist. This is also a very secure spot with gate attendants posted day and night. We felt very safe. This is also in an area with restaurants and shops literally right outside of the gate. Overall, this was an incredible vacation!

We had a great stay and concierge made sure of it. I have stayed many different places but i have to say this was way above our expectations. Pictures dont do justice to this place. It is in the middle of the party scene yet, it is secluded from it. It had really cool vibe buried into nature and yet not missing any amenities of modern world, surround sound controlled by ipad, well ACed. It was the trip we were looking for but couldnt imagine until we visited this place. Hopefully we will take advantage of the personal chef next time but hey, market was close too so no problem getting any cooking done in fully stacked kitchen!

Everything was PERFECT ! Here for a weekend with friends, first time in Tulum and now I really want to come back ! The houses are just gorgeous, the private access to the beach is amazing and the staff is so warm and welcoming ! Special thanks to Nathalie and Mau who set up perfectly the weekend !

Wow. This experience was one of the best I’ve had in my travels. We went with a group in October and had the time of our lives. The house, the beach, the management; unbelievable. We absolutely loved Leo and the rest of the team. The entire group will 100% be back.

This was the best experience for a group trip I’ve ever had. Leo and the rest of the staff (especially Ernesto) made us feel so welcome and made sure we had any and everything we needed. The house was gorgeous and the food was unparalleled. I highly recommend to everyone and all types of group. My life is forever changes for the better.
