Preferito rispetto l'accomodation a Cancun, un bell'appartamento, con ampio balcone e terrazza sul tetto. Lo consiglierei assolutamente anche per un soggiorno prolungato, mentre noi siamo rimasti solo una giornata. Aria condizionata, ventilatore a soffitto e un bagno.

Very nice property, Very much safe.
Few really good eating place in walking distance.
only problem we faced was no hot water in our rooms.
But they gave us extra room to use washrooms.
On the whole, it was a very nice stay.

Small villa but if is just to spend the night is fine, the hot water is not continuous fluent comes and goes, shower head just pour water everywhere, no toilet paper for the first two days, dark street from the villa to the main road, no coffee on the room or on the front desk.

I liked how central it was. Very close to the main ***** and lots of shopping and dining options close by. The room had a fridge which worked very well. The pool was nice and the option to refill the free water was a nice touch! Free coffee too.

Perfect place for exploring Tulum and its surrounding. Quiet and peaceful accomodation to chill at the pool after a busy day. Perfect base to explore the town at night. Downtown is in nearby walking-distance.
Highly recommended!

We would recommend this place 100%. Georgina is most helpful, we left all our documents in the safe and she wrapped them up and took photos of the person bringing them to us in Cancun. She was helpful in telling us about places to eat and getting a taxi for us. A little oasis. We were there a week, and would stay there again . Close to shops /bars and we walked to the beach.

Stayed here in early October '22. Very nice quiet property. Pool was excellent. We had the standard triple room above the pool and it was perfect for us. There were some good restaurants within walking distance (La Coqueta for tacos, El Cayuco for seafood, Papaya for good 100 peso pizza) as well as a convenience store a minute away and a large grocery. Great cheap bike rentals a few blocks away (corner of Escorpion Sur and Calle Sol Ote.). Easy access to the bike paths going to the beach or to the temple area. Cheap laundromat with beer and food nearby (Bo). Great birdlife and reptiles in the courtyard, green geckos, large iguana. It's an ideal location in Tulum so long as you don't mind riding bikes to the beach. The rooftop bar (Nana) wasn't loud when we were there and they do have great cocktails (a bit spendy but good). Georgina at the front desk was very nice! We'd stay here again!

the positives : Nice pool Well located in the city Easy to park The negatives Where to start … The immediate vicinity is not very glamourous When we arrived the person at the reception was really really confused, it took ages to get the check in sorted No soap and shower gel in the room No basic amenities ( toiletries) No water bottle in the room You can ear the neighbours in the room next door We were only separated by 2 wooden doors The smell of the room when we entered was horrible, the room smelled stale The safe was very hard to access as it’s on the floor The add mentioned a kitchen but we didn’t see it Overall : tulum is very expensive and you get what you pay for, I am sure we could have found better for 65 usd a night I am happy we stayed there only 1 night

Amazing pool and garden. Each unit has a private outdoor patio or balcony and we had a full sized refrigerator. No soap or shampoo so bring your own. Surprisingly quiet for a busy area. Would book agaun.
