O Hotel é excelente, entretanto, estávamos de lua de mel e o comum é ter alguma arrumação diferente no quarto, receber alguma bebida, etc, e nada nos foi dado. Além disso, o nosso cafe das estadias estavam pagos e por causa de 10 minutos não quiseram adiantar para nós e nos atrasamos para ir ao aeroporto.

The best hotel i have ever stayed in. Little peace of heaven. The suite has an incredible and unique style with a breathtaking view and a private pool.
The stuff was extremely nice and helpful with a constant smile everyday.
Plenty of restaurants, shops around and many spots for a night out.
I absolutely recommend this hotel I had a great stay.

Très bel hôtel. Un vrai hôtel 5 étoiles et le personnel est aux petits soins. J’y reviendrai volontiers. Seul bémol les algues sur la plage mais c’est le cas dans toute la plage de tulum

Tago is the most beautiful hotel. The location is incredible and the hotel itself is stunning. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. No request was too much. They were quick to respond to any request, and made the stay very very enjoyable. Julia at the front desk was great, from welcoming us and checking on us everyday, to finding us private cars to get us wherever we needed to go. The breakfast is great, and the little treats they leave you throughout the day and the dessert at night are great little touches. The best hotel in Tulum!

We decided to stay at a different hotel every night while in Tulum. On night 3 of 4 we stayed here and the stay was so great we decided to stay another night. It is located in walking distance to the most popular restaurants. Upon arriving at the room, I felt like I was in a spa. The room was super clean and they had some nice aromatherapy mist blowing. We chose the room with the pool although we did not want to get in it. It was full of white powder that they said was chlorine. The mosquitos were bad on the porch to me but did not touch my husband. No fair! We had bungalow 9. Bungalow 10 has full ocean view, we had partial. The room had double headed showers, robes, and house shoes. Each day we left, they paid attention and when we returned there was a treat of some sort in the room. The room came with free breakfast. That was a trick. It was only juice, hard bread, and a few pieces of fruit. The staff were nice and friendly. The beach from this location was not really pretty so we did not get in...

Tago Tulum has some of the most beautiful and well-constructed hotel rooms I've stayed in. We loved the double shower, the king bed, the soak pool, and the small details from the service team like evening treats left in the room, daily room cleaning, and "good morning/goodnight" stamped in the sand of the room entry.
Air conditioning worked great we were never hot in the room. Hot water in the shower never ran out. Things we would have liked to have known: there is a small refrigerator which you can use - you just had to clear out the minibar items and put them back in upon leaving. They have sunscreen bottles at the beach (probably left from previous guests but they let you use it). This area of Tulum is not the most beautiful to walk (there's lots of traffic and pricey dining options anywhere you go), but staying in the hotel was the best place to be.
