在雨林裏，環境還不錯，當然蚊子也多…飲食一般吧，不驚艷也不算難吃，服務我覺得蠻一般的，不太主動積極而且會比較經常打擾休息，隔音也不好，大半夜或者大清早的被吵醒過好幾次，最不喜歡的是把好幾衹海豚囚禁在一個小小的泳池裡…總之是非常商業化沒有什麼人情味的酒店

the staff was very friendly. edgar, fer, and axel were the most helpful. they were really accommodating and very nice. though the food at the restaurant were not my favorite, the buffet food wasn’t too bad. the hotel was nice and clean & the property was very big, nice pools and was a calm resort overall which i loved.

Wonderful snorkeling off the beach with a variety of coral and fish, including rays. Food selection was great (with varied seafood and tons of fruit) though the restaurants were sometimes hit and miss. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Can’t comment on the activities as I came to relax and see fish; both goals accomplished.

This resort is like a little village. You can walk trails for an hour and a half, or just do short 30 minute walks. This was my third visit, and I found another cenote, that I didn't know about as well as a botanical garden, that wasn't on the map. The hotel staff are accommodating, the entertainment crowd engaging and fun. You can be as busy as you want to be, or you can just relax poolside
with a book in one hand and a drink in the other.

wow.. People right bad reviews and they are just not true. This hotel had so many amazing qualities. 1. yes the beds are comfrotable, which is unusual for Mexico. 2. the food everywhere was amazing. The buffets offered several choices. If you dont like buffets there is order to go pizza, a hamb, hotdog, porkchop area on the beach and some tacos. The coffee shop had amazing coffees. anything you wanted. The ice cream shop was amazing to. There were absolutly no animal attacks. If they attack you, you have fed them. Don't feed the animals... There are tons of suntan chairs everywere. There are also dolphins. The evening shows were more awsome then I have ever seen. The rooms are huge and i love that there is a seperate sitting area. There is positivily nothing wrong with this hotel. Yes the evening meals are a little tough to get into but talk to the staff. Don't just get mad. We talked kindly to the staff and were able to get into the fun resturaunts. Again we had no problems at all, but we talked to the staff a lot so we found out how to handle any problem we might have encountered. Everyone was willing to help..Super super awsome trip.. This is a great hotel for families because there is so much to do and see. Lots of shopping right at the resort and they do have a free shopping tour. Again always ask those of you that are leaving bad reviews probably were looking for something to complain about. That is not nice. If you dont ask for help you dont get to write a bad review.

I liked the layout, ease of getting anywhere on the property from all rooms. The buffet food was good and the restaurants were nice. It was also nice to have the coffee bar and ice cream hut.
Loved how the pools had different depths throughout all the staff there was pleasant.
The jungle-type look was nice too. Many interesting walks where you find yourself feeling like you are deep in the jungle.
Suggestions-
Our room needs updating - 2493. The most convenient outlet was broken and the toilet flusher didn't work either.
Screen for the balcony would be great so you can enjoy the fresh air and listen to the birds while in the room.
Pool 3 only had music from 10-12. Should be simple to just have pool music running at all times when it's open.
Equipment - couldn't find anyone to help us get a beach volleyball or bocce balls to use outside of the 1 hour they were there.
