The resort from outside looks very nice, but that all what I can say nice thing about this place. The beach side very poor, too far to walk. Transportation inside hotels almost not existed. Food less then average. The specialist restaurants almost not eatable. All together less then average, I would definitely never come back to this resort…

This hotel was really nice and affordable! Most staff were very friendly and super attentive. The only thing that I would say needs work is the mattress it’s kind of hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also there was no room service which is weird because all inclusive hotels are supposed to have room service. Another thing was in the restaurants you weren’t allowed to take any food out back to your room which was another downside. Other than that it was all really beautiful there were a lot of different animals on the resort, it felt safe which is super important to me. Overall, I think I would go back again.

I did find the property visually pleasing.
We didn't have the greatest experience for the following reasons;
1- The staff is really great to you when you just arrive then completely forget or ignore you.
2- The food is not that great.
3- There's only a 3 a la carte reservation per week.
4- The drinks were terrible, way too sugary.
5- People smoke everywhere, even around the non smoking area.
6- Entertainment was not that great. There are shows at night which aren't super good but they are entertaining, but the activities throughout the day are boring.
Overall, this was not a bad vacation spot, but far from a great one. It really feels like they focus on their VIP and luxury guess a lot more than the average.

I bought the access to the other resorts having never stayed at coba which is off the beach and there was no need coba was great. The entertainment team was the best I have ever seen they made everyday great

Property had poor access to to beach and it was limited access to other permesis/facilities on Bahia property. To access it I was asked to be charged 30USD per day.

I’ve been to this resort over 10 times over the years , the first time with the western Rv group over 250 of us went at the same time and returned several times after that .
The pros , this property is amazing for seniors the cart system works well and comes often I’ve taken my 95 year old grandfather there twice and they treated him like gold ! Thank you Bahía Princepe for those memories !The staff has always been amazing service bad non across the world considering the volume of people they attend to .
The cons , really there is not a lot considering the price point for this property , if you want assured seating at a beach or pool higher end food and liquor well that’s available at a higher cost. The value is certainty there at the Coba for the price.

When checked in, notified the location twice I did not receive my free bottle of alcohol for the room, it never came. I did not receive towel cards, was missing conditioner bottle the first day in the room, and other information I was provided prior to my say was incorrect. So was a little upsetting.

Hola!! First time to travel in Mexico and it was a blast!! We had a great experience and I can't wait to book for another trip here. From all employees working there excellent customer service. There was no dull moment. Day and night there's lots of activities for kids and adults that you could enjoy. Till next time. Keep it up!!😊👌
