Hotel in zona Will Rogers Church, Tulsa

La stanza era buona. Il personale era molto amichevole. Piscina e tubo caldo erano bellissimi e puliti. La stanza non era molto pulita, avrebbe certamente potuto utilizzare una buona pulizia. Quando arrivarono, erano vecchie francesi, non solo una o due, ma erano così vecchie che erano nere; e le lavaste erano secche, che si era svuotate su una delle tavole del letto. La porta della camera dell'hotel era rotta e richiedeva una buona chiusura e chiusura. A parte la pulizia della camera, era una buona esperienza. Sicuramente rimarrebbe lì.

Aveva una grande esperienza di entrare con Jennifer. Aveva bisogno di un multitask, ma non perdeva un battito. Dopo aver fatto un check-in e aver trovato il signor John Perez a gestire meglio il bistro e il bar, e poi un pro. Era molto amichevole e personalizzato. Ho ordinato le ali, ma non avevano la salsa che sperava di avere. Beh, John è arrivato con Jennifer e hanno creato e bella salsa per morire. Inutile dire hanno creato un'esperienza che mi farà tornare. Il servizio e l'alloggio per i clienti sono pochi e lontani, ma questo posto ha superato tutte le aspettative. Fatevi un favore e restate qui. Se mi dite ciao a Jennifer e John.

Grande posizione e personale per le attività del centro

In traveling this route and staying in Marriott properties over 14 years this was the worst experience I’ve had. It was a handicap assessable room as requested however the only handicap part was a sign on the door. The toilet was so low to the ground you almost had to crawl off of it. The shower and tub was so narrow. It was hard to step into and the water did not drain so I had to stand in my own dirty shower water, the first thing I noticed on arrival was the light wasn’t working in the bathroom so I called the front desk to the room and all he kept talking about was how all the rooms had brand new microwaves. Who cares I didn’t come there for the microwave! And the bathroom floor was so slippery almost slimy , it was ridiculous His explanation was, I must’ve had something on my shoes. Yeah I’ve been in the car for 10 hours. I’m sure I had something on my shoes. I’m including a picture of a cracked frame on the window. It’s a lucky thing I only needed to sleep and get up and leave. I will give the credit to them for the breakfast. It was decent. It was hot, but I had it as soon as she put it out at the very beginning I can’t speak for later, but they had a nice selection, it is beyond me how this hotel advertises as the most up-to-date in the area I sincerely hope that’s not the truth because if you think sticking a brand new microwave in the room updates it you can think again I am so very disappointed. I will be calling management on Monday there’s no point in doing it on the weekend. I already know that, the lack of concern by the front desk was very troublesome and the ridiculous things he said to try and make it sound OK was worse! There are several other Marriott choices in this area. I chose this one for the price, but I sure did not receive the value for what I paid for sad sad experience. I never ever had to leave a review like this on a hotel.
