I told my friends to stay at this hotel because of one reason. Your staff! All of them are fantastic, for starters Ron took us on a tour of the hotel which was very meaningful for my friends, he also picked us up and took us to many restaurants and was awesome! He went above and beyond! Shannon served us at the bar, she is fantastic!!! She is the best bartender who is able to make any drink taste fabulous. Rowena, is GREAT! From the 1st time we stayed at the hotel Roe waited on us and made us feel at home. Also provides superb service! The Best! They are the reason we come back to this hotel for dinner and drinks every Saturday. The chef TShombe is the best in Tulsa!! We love these people! They make your hotel.

Dopo aver fatto un check-in e aver trovato il signor John Perez a gestire meglio il bistro e il bar, e poi un pro. Era molto amichevole e personalizzato. Ho ordinato le ali, ma non avevano la salsa che sperava di avere. Beh, John è arrivato con Jennifer e hanno creato e bella salsa per morire. Inutile dire hanno creato un'esperienza che mi farà tornare. Il servizio e l'alloggio per i clienti sono pochi e lontani, ma questo posto ha superato tutte le aspettative. The hotel was quiet & clean. Had the coolest refrigerator I have ever had in a hotel room, it was great. The only down fall was I didn’t know if you want a microwave you had to request it when you booked the room. I have never stayed at a hotel with no microwave in the room. Staff was very kind & friendly. We had a room facing the parking lot so didn’t have the highway noise. If in the Tulsa area will for sure stay here again.

I am staying at about 10 hotels per year for many years and normally I don't write many reviews, but when you get treated like sh't, it is hard not to say something, hoping it will help someone to stay away or will fire someone. It was a worst stay of my life. While location was good and actual room was ok, people made this experience horrible. I was yelled at by their Sales director (maybe general manager, they used both titles but no names were given). I have never been bullied before but now i know how it feels. I wasn't sure if i should be calling police or just leave. I left. People at front desk were ok, but management shouldn't be in hospitality industry. Besides that, it took 3 days and numerous reminders to get a new remote and to fix electronics in the room, cause everything was tangled up on the floor. Took 2 reminders to fixed the plugged toilet. I have heard same type of complaints from other guests, so not just me. Do yourself a favor, stay away

Mia moglie mi ha sorpreso con un soggiorno di fine settimana e dal momento che siamo arrivati Ja’Vaughn ha svolto il tappeto rosso. Eravamo trattati come re e regina, e questo è stato molto apprezzato. Da offrire richieste speciali alla prenotazione di una stanza al piano alto con pace e tranquillità per goderci il nostro, era eccellente essere trattati come royalty. Paula era così graziosa con il suo bel sorriso e lo spirito di dare, un soggiorno impressionante con il DoubleTree a Warren Place.

All of them are fantastic, for starters Ron took us on a tour of the hotel which was very meaningful for my friends, he also picked us up and took us to many restaurants and was awesome! He went above and beyond! Shannon served us at the bar, she is fantastic!!! She is the best bartender who is able to make any drink taste fabulous. Rowena, is GREAT! From the 1st time we stayed at the hotel Roe waited on us and made us feel at home. Also provides superb service! The Best! They are the reason we come back to this hotel for dinner and drinks every Saturday. The chef TShombe is the best in Tulsa!! We love these people! They make your hotel.

Da quando sono entrato fino a quando sono partito, tutto era eccellente. Un giovane molto gentile, chiamato Morgan, mi ha accolto con favore. Dopo aver guardato intorno alla zona di lobby eccezionalmente pulita, ho detto, che bel hotel! Con un’occhiata di orgoglio sul suo viso, Morgan disse, aspetta che veda la tua stanza; potrei dire che era investito nel suo posto di lavoro e che era giusto intorno alla mia stanza, era eccezionalmente pulito, spazioso e ben progettato. Dopo aver preso le mie tasche, sono tornato a chiedere a Morgan di mangiare un bel posto tranquillo, e ho spiegato che ho passato la giornata con un amico di 70 anni che era in una casa di infermeria, sotto la cura di Hospice, e che non mi aspettavo di vivere. Egli mostrava vera preoccupazione e compassione che non vedevi più spesso; era in servizio qualche notte dopo e chiese di mio amico. Io gli disse che era andata via quella sera. Mi disse che era così dispiaciuto e mi chiese se poteva fare qualcosa o se avevo bisogno di qualcosa. Mi toccava la sua sincerità. In un'altra nota, i colazioni erano deliziosi! C'era una varietà di cose da scegliere e la giovane donna (Isadora?) che ha gestito il buffet ha tenuto tutto bene e era molto personale nel farlo. Il mio soggiorno nel tuo hotel eccezionale ha reso la triste ragione della mia visita a Tulsa molto più affidabile.

Aspettando un nuovo appartamento, doveva stare per un mese. Tutti erano molto amichevoli e utili. Ho soggiornato tutto il mese, soprattutto per Alec. Non dovevo preoccuparmi per la mia auto. Egli ha fatto la mia sicurezza e sono un vet dell'esercito. Tutti erano cortesi e amichevoli. Tornerò se avessi bisogno di un posto per restare.
