Sam Hughes joy We absolutely loved this house and our stay for a week in March ‘25. We could walk to the Tucson Festival of Books, and enjoyed the house and garden very much. Zachary has lovely taste — the house has lots of graceful historic touches and is decorated well, and the garden is inviting and interesting. Lots of helpful amenities to make the stay comfortable — big A!

Charming Home in Sam Hughes Neighborhood Beautiful and tasteful home on a quiet street and only a mile to UA and 2 miles to the Convention Center. The owner was gracious and was eager to make our stay comfortable.Tastefully appointed interior accented with southwestern art and artifacts. We enjoyed cooking dinner each night and Safeway is a few blocks away.The grounds are pretty with native species abounding.The washer and dryer was handy to allow less clothes packing.
