The room was cleans it smelled brand new. The manager was very attentive and welcoming. Very clean and the coffee machine and gym were exceptional. Probably the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in at a hotel by far. We were close to I-10 but still quiet. Highly recommend

This new property is absolutely beautiful with nice rooms, stocked kitchens, bbq area, gym and pool. We were impressed with the property. The location is right across the street from a decent shopping area.
The only negative - the $125 pet fee. It was very excessive for a 3 night stay. The Manager knocked it down to $75 for us but we felt that was still unreasonable.

Waterwalk Tucson is a good hotel. When we first entered our room, there was long black hair strands in the bathroom and on towels. A trimmed toenail on the floor and a tisdue crammed down the bathroom.sink drain. We stayed 6 nights and never was asked if we wanted housekeeping service. Overall, a good hotel, but lots of highway noise and homeless nearby.

This property was amazing, beautiful and quiet. Nearby many shops and restaurants. It is at a convenient location. Only thing was the front desk staff took a while to get to us but that is understandable! Very kind :)

This place is a gem in every way. The receptionists were all lovely. We were always greeted warmly, they answered any questions we had about the area. The coffee is always on! The room was super clean and has literally everything you need. You could prepare every meal with ease and the refrigerator had an ice maker. There is a washer and dryer in the room!! They only service the rooms every 7 days, but you only have to ask for clean towels or anything else you need and they provide them. The hotel is close to everything, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, so it's quiet. We will absolutely return here every time we are in Tucson. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay.

Nice clean newer hotel. Bed was comfortable and although I didn’t use the kitchen it would be nice to have on a longer stay. Really nice gym. My only knock is I stayed on the south side of the hotel next to the highway and although it was not a huge deal it is a little noisy. I would stay again but request a different room.

Room was not cleaned and prepared properly. Floor is sticky, toilet is not cleaned, missing bed sheet when I checked in. Although front desk’s response was fast to give me what I needed but the overall clearness of this place is bad. The sticky floor could be the reason this is a pet friendly place but yet they don’t keep it clean. It’s a shame that the place is new and rooms is big and spacious, it should be a very nice experience if they manage and maintain it better. Also it is right by the freeway. It is very noisy.

Great hotel! Very spacious room with full kitchen.
I love the island in the kitchen! It allows me to create a great work space.
Having the living room area separate from the bedroom is a huge plus. Big bathroom with walking shower.
Denise at the desk is great! Very friendly and helpful.
