Albergo a noleggio. All inclusive che significa cibo noioso. Area ristorante più simile a una mensa aziendale, rumorosa e affollata.
15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Tucepi. Spiaggia direttamente accessibile dalla zona piscina.
Pulito. L'aria condizionata non può essere regolata.

Abbiamo cercato hotel che fossero all inclusive e non costassero una fortuna e ci siamo stabiliti qui. È un bell'albergo. Edificio incantevole e non mi sentivo troppo affollato (a parte a volte a bordo piscina). La gestione era buona e nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti.
Per quanto riguarda il cibo - ok la prima sera sono rimasto piuttosto deluso - ma ancora una volta - per i soldi ho pensato che ci fosse una vasta gamma e niente sembrava che stesse per esaurirsi. Penso che avrebbero potuto fare di meno, meglio, ma nel complesso abbiamo mangiato bene ei bambini hanno adorato l'approccio a buffet e tutti i diversi tipi di cibo e bevande.
Le persone hanno lavorato sodo in hotel - abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno.

Bell'hotel, buona posizione, con cibo di qualità decente per un all-inclusive. Le camere nell'edificio principale sembrano essere state rinnovate di recente e sono abbastanza confortevoli.
Come la maggior parte dei posti, non ci sono mai abbastanza lettini, quindi può sembrare una corsa al mattino per reclamare una sedia.
Siamo stati nell'agosto 2021 e, sebbene le maschere per il viso fossero incoraggiate a essere indossate nell'area del buffet, era decisamente facoltativo. Un sacco di disinfettante per le mani disponibile all'ingresso del buffet e dell'edificio principale (non sono sicuro di altre aree). Il personale delle pulizie era pronto a pulire e pulire i tavoli tra gli ospiti.
La spiaggia di ciottoli di fronte al resort è frequentata sia dalla gente del posto che dai turisti.

The hotel staff, cleanliness, pool, views and food were fantastic. All of the staff we came in to contact with were so hospitable. Our favourite was Silvo on the main bar. Housekeeping Team were very thorough and discreet. The views in front or the hotel and behind were out of this world. The lady who looks after the gym let us borrow yoga matts to do our own yoga each morning either overlooking the pool or out on the beach- lovely! I really can't fault this hotel at all and would highly recommend it. It was our first trip to Croatia and we will definitely return in the future. The hotel management should be really proud of the team working during our holiday.

On the plus side the rooms are kept clean and the cleaning staff are lovely. The rest is pretty dire. The staff look as if they want to be somewhere else and don’t even try to engage in conversation let alone smile , ( except the cleaning staff ). The food is pretty dire , brought in and reheated and often overcooked. The all inclusive is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Set meal times so you can’t get snacks for the kids all day and they only include wine which is undrinkable it’s so bad , one type beer , vodka , gin and whiskey. I’m a wine and rum lover so I’m left having to go elsewhere to drink. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom is micro sized.

The picutres of the hotel are valid. It's located on the beach side. The pool (inside the hotel territory) is clean. Room is clean, huge, well furnished. Room service is ok. Restaurant clean. There are enough food. We visited it at different time and we always found enough, warm food. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Parking is well organized but the parking lot is a little bit small. Indoor facilities: gym is available. Not so big but ok. Indoor pool is missing. Sauna is also available but in case of bad weather the pool would be very useful.

Was a wonderful holiday. The hotel staff were very helpful. When we asked for new bedding it was done within minutes. The hotel cleaner regularly smiled and said good morning. The beach is directy opposite the hotel and was wonderfully quiet this time of year. Had no issues getting a sun lounger any time of day. Hotel food was amazing! Beef meatballs, turkey and chicken breast, full salad options. Excellent fish options, even cuttlefish and shark. Local dishes also served with different options during main meal times. Dinner isn’t served until 19:00 though this could do with being abit earlier. Was a fab experience

Where do I start. The best holiday ever. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good range especially for the price as was the drinks. Loads of room by the pool, amazing location, great rooms and views and the cleaners were amazing (they even cleaned my hair brush!). The hotel was above and beyond what expected. We were concerned with the bad reviews but don’t listen to them. Would recommend doing day trips and just ask at the front desk as they organise all. Hotel was massive loads of places to drink and the cats were friendly. Will be returning

Just returned Wednesday 25th after a week. Lovely hotel, great food, friendly and helpful staff, room cleaned every day to a good standard. We had room 306 and the views were amazing. Only downfall at this time of year is lots of surrounding places were closed for the season but walked along the coastline to the harbour which is beautiful and found a couple of nice restaurants open. I would recommend a stay here
