Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso il Chau Long Sapa Hotel. L'atmosfera è accogliente, la vista sulle montagne è spettacolare (compresa Fansipan) e non mancano i comfort per trascorrere qualche giorno di completo relax. Il personale è cordiale e il buffet della colazione è ricco e delizioso. La posizione è ottima, centrale ma in una strada tranquilla. Consigliatissimo!

Il personale è molto amichevole, sempre pronto ad aiutarti. La colazione è inclusa, e offre una buona varietà di cibi deliziosi. La vista dalle camere è magnifica, e la posizione è ottima. Il Ristorante Sky View è un piacere culinario con ottimi servizi. Le camere sono dotate di balconi privati e di una ricca colazione gratuita. Il personale è gentile e premuroso. Raccomandiamo vivamente questo hotel per la sua eccellente ospitalità.

Ho soggiornato al Chau Long 2 Sapa Hotel per due notti e mi sono trovato benissimo. Il giardino è bellissimo e rilassante, lo staff è cordiale e disponibile, la posizione è comoda per visitare il centro di Sapa e i dintorni. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, il wifi funziona bene e la colazione è varia e gustosa. Il servizio è eccellente, mi hanno aiutato a prenotare un tour in moto e un massaggio. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi vuole vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile a Sapa.

L’hotel è situato in una stradina molto bella nel centro di Sapa circondato da ristorantini. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Ritornerei in questo hotel se dovessi tornare a Sapa.

Abbiamo avuto una fantastica colazione nello Sky view restaurant. La vista è bellissima sulle risaie a terrazze della valle e le circostanti montagne. Il personale del ristorante ci ha accolto benissimo e ci ha servito con gentilezza. Il buffet offre la possibilità di avere uova o omelette al momento. Il personale alla reception è stato squisito e ci ha permesso di fare una doccia. La location è centrale ma tranquilla perché è in una via non trafficata.

We were delighted with our stay at Chau Long Hotel. Its location on a quiet side street offered a peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of Sapa’s attractions. Each room felt inviting with a home-like atmosphere , and the views of Fansipan Mountain from our balcony were spectacular. We highly recommend Chau Long Hotel for its excellent service, convenient location and breathtaking surroundings.

I walked into the hotel looking for a room and was attended by the kindest and most hospitable receptionist. She suggested I make my booking via agoda to get better price and later decided to give me a free upgrade to a bigger room with mountain view balcony, and bathtub. Also there is lift! Such a relief for my problem knees because previous night I had booked a room online without checking if there was lift. Everything in the room works perfect, bed was comfortable, and great view from the room and breakfast restaurant. I highly recommend!

We loved the unique design of the Chau Long Sapa, it felt like staying in a cozy stone castle! The location in the heart of Sapa town was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. Our room was spacious, with a lovely balcony and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Every morning, the hearty breakfast buffet set us up for a day of exploring. Overall, the warm hospitality and comfortable setting made our stay extra special.

This is very nice hotel in Sapa town area. .. The hotel is clean, bigger room and have very nice scenes view from room balcony. Beside that, this hotel also have bunch of very good and helpful hotel staffs. They let us check in very earlier morning without make any extra charges, thus, can allow us take a good rest before explore the sapa area. Really thanks for this!
