Très bon séjour. A renouveler

性價比非常高，位置超讚，本來只是不想開7個小時從瑞士到巴黎，所以在中途訂了個，結果出乎意料的好地方啊

Accueil très professionnel souriant rien a dire Hôtel très agréable emplacement parfait. Chambre au calme spacieuse déco moderne, la literie super L'espace spa bien aussi Il manque juste un restaurant dommage

Hotel molto bello all’apparenza ma totalmente deludente e non all’altezza di un 5stelle. Servizi assenti, spa praticamente impraticabile (piccolissima, piscina con acqua gelata, ristagni d’acqua sul pavimento ovunque). Camere non pulitissime con cura dei dettagli sotto le aspettative (la nostra aveva anche un vetro rotto). Colazione a pagamento, parcheggio gratuito in loco. L’unico aspetto positivo è la posizione centrale. Hotel decisamente troppo caro per quel che offre.

Friendly & helpful staff, lovely spacious and well appointed guest rooms, fluffy towels and robes for everyone. Very quiet rooms. We used the spa in the morning, which was also lovely. A great overnight stop, we hope to return one day. Thank you!

TV did not work, no way to stream netflix. Made excuses why it's not working. Couldn't get us into the small spa when needed. Waited ages in bar for a cocktail. Gave a poor list of restaurants, I picked BAM after a cursory online search but also relying on hotel recommendation. Stale food served. Spoiled our visit to Troyes.

Wonderful stay at this relatively new hotel in the often overlooked and adorable town of Troyes. The lobby is beautiful and the art daring. The rooms were really comfortable and the bed was great. Everything is walkable from here. Vincent is the best !

Beautiful hotel, great parking, brilliant staff. Gorgeous rooms. Great location in Troyes itself. Even though the hotel is in the centre it is still easy to reach by car. We stayed one night but it was a lovely stopover would definitely return! A very peaceful nights sleep and good selection for the buffet breakfast. Also very handy they have car charging!

The hotel was a fantastic stop en route to Courchevel. It was bang on halfway, the 2 rooms were immaculate, clean new bathroom, lovely helpful staff and concierge. Sweet town with some cafes for kids to have dinner before we set off again early the next day. We had a suite for the kids and it was very good value for a clean, smart and tidy hotel that I’ve previously had to pay triple !

 The location of this hotel is great - very central. The hotel itself is very nice looking, with nice rooms. Unfortunately the positives ended there. Overall the service we received during our stay was terrible. On arrival there was no acknowledgement of our platinum status and no welcome amenity provided during the stay. No offer of upgrade (per platinum status benefits) until my husband complained. No help with unloading and bringing the luggage to the room. On day one we asked the hotel to recommend and book a restaurant for dinner only to turn up and find the restaurant closed. We tried to call the hotel but there was no answer, so we ended up finding somewhere else to eat. When we returned to the hotel we find out that the concierge had booked a different restaurant and not told us, and staff were not apologetic. We asked for toiletries and towels to be replenished on the second day, to no avail. Finally, there were very limited breakfast options for a five star hotel, certainly compared to other hotels we have stayed in. No freshly cooked on demand items at all. We will not be returning.

What a pleasure to stay in La Licorne. Staff is very friendly and understandably very proud of the hotel they work for. The accommodation is a very nice blend of the classic style of the building with a very luxurious contemporary finish. We stayed in one of the junior suites and really enjoyed the rooms. In the bar you can buy really good cigars. And even better you can smoke them in a smokers lounge. Just perfect because you don't have to check if anyone is bothered by the clouds of smoke. The historic center of Troyes is very nice with quite a few decent restaurants. Advance reservations are required because on a Friday in October quite a few were fully booked.

We only stayed one night whilst travelling & wished to stay in the centre of Troyes so this Hotel was ideal. Prompt service on arrival to take our luggage ( maybe a little too prompt perhaps ) & to show us to our room . Very welcoming on arrival . We were a little taken a back to see our car was whisked away to secure Car Parking very quickly ( 25euro a night) It meant that if you needed anything from your car after this time you had to be accompanied to the Car Park by a staff member - but I guess it was secure. Our room was smart , but seemed the furthest away from the Lift as it could be ……. Large comfortable bed & a swish bathroom , however the very dark tiling I felt made the bathroom rather depressing & the lighting was quite poor. Plenty of storage though & a great coffee machine . We did not have breakfast as we left promptly in the morning & I believe a restaurant is planned for the future. Overall , a very comfortable stay .
