Hotel vicini a Triberg a Triberg

We visited the garden restaurant after a walk to the waterfall for coffee and cake. The garden restaurant is situated at the bottom of some steps and was pleasant. The waitress was initially friendly and as it was a very hot day we ordered black forest gateau and iced cappuccinos each, as thought they would be nice and refreshing. When the iced coffees arrived they were quite small in the glass (only about half full) - see photo before we tasted anything- and when my wife had a sip she realised it wasn't cold but was luke warm. I asked the waitress if we could have an icecube to cool it down but was told no, she didn't have any ice cubes (bear in mind this is a hotel!). We think maybe she just didn't want to walk upstairs to get any. Obviously the coffees were pretty undrinkable (they seemed to have been made with a hot coffee shot and room temperature milk). My wife had about 1cm of hers and I had less of mine. When we came to bill the coffees had been included even though there was obviously something wrong with them (as I had pointed out to the waitress when I asked for the ice cube). We questioned about the coffees and explained that they weren't iced coffees but tepid coffees. However the waitress just repeated that if we ordered them we have to pay for them. My wife hates any fuss so I reluctantly paid even though we couldnt drink them. The waitress had three opportunities to put the situation right after they sold something they obviously were unable to provide 1) provide an ice cube to cool down the drinks when we asked 2) noted that we weren't drinking the coffees and offer us a replacement 3) remove them from the bill. 3 wasted opportunities to do the right thing. We had been in Germany for 6 weeks up until then and had really positive experiences, unfortunately this happened on our last day and it isn't the image we want to take away. The black forest gateau was OK but I'm sure there are much better establishments in Triberg. I would love to hear back from the manager of this establishment.

Buona struttura considerando la zona centrale, nei pressi di uno degli ingressi alle cascate. Le camere sono ristrutturate e pulite, le zone comuni sono vecchie e da rifare, non c’è ascensore. Comodissima la card che ti rilasciano per usufruire gratis di tanti servizi. Colazione presso il caffè sottostante l’hotel, buona qualità, ma dovrebbe essere più varia. Consigliato! Parcheggio pubblico poco distante, molto comodo.

Siamo stati per una notte in Oksena. ricevimento molto amichevole, le camere sono mostrate con l'indicazione che si può prendere l'acqua di ogni tipo gratis dal frigorifero. Trovo notevole. Altro luogo è piacevole e molto denaro per questo. La stanza era molto pulita, abbastanza grande. Doccia molto buona con grandi asciugamani. La cena è semplice, ma buona cucina. Le porzioni anche in grande fame sono sufficiente e adeguatamente pagate. Per la colazione c'è tutto quello che il cuore desidera. Il buffet non è autoservizio, ma tutto viene portato dal capo su una tavola. Mi piace e anche molto igienico. Tutto il personale e i proprietari sono molto amichevoli. Abbiamo ricevuto una buona informazione sulla storia della mucca e abbiamo fatto buone proposte per le imprese intorno, abbiamo goduto del nostro soggiorno e saremo certamente tornati. L'unica mancanza - che può accadere - di una luce di illuminazione indiretta era difettosa e il flanco della luce era un po' nervoso.

La cena e le camere erano buone - quindi sicuramente anche i molti ospiti. Ho sentito che, al momento della ricezione, ”spazzato”, le attrezzature della stanza non erano del tutto soddisfacenti, soprattutto nel bagno, c'è bisogno di intervento. La doccia si è chiusa solo con il trucco, tutti gli elementi sono stati messi in posizione così, che il vantaggio del partecipante è intrinsecamente in mezzo.... Il grande specchio con il mirror cosmetico integrato ha solo un errore: è troppo alto, quindi il ”piccolo” stesso non poteva essere utilizzato da me (1,70 m di grandezza)..... Buona idea, Non correttamente attuato. Forse il produttore di specchi posizionati sul pavimento parte???

Abbiamo trascorso un bel fine settimana in FederWerk con 44 persone. L'hotel è molto moderno. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. I servizi sanitari sono per i disabili e molto puliti. Il ristorante ci ha messo in gamba con deliziosi 3- e 4-Gang-Menüs. Come servizio speciale abbiamo potuto mangiare in mezzo ai nostri sacri piatti. Tutti erano entusiasti! Il personale era molto amichevole e professionale.
