Ho soggiornato 4 notti in hotel. Dovrebbe essere relativamente nuovo, tuttavia l'arredamento è carino ma niente di spettacolare. Devo dire che tutto ha funzionato senza intoppi, tutto il team è stato estremamente gentile e accomodante e nel complesso la mia esperienza è stata piacevole Manca solo il Je ne sais quoi.

The hotel has amazing service. Loved the fact that they have live music in the restaurant/bar. It was great for my teenage daughter to enjoy it with us. Tanya at the restaurant was outstanding. She was so busy but was kind and efficient. The hotel location is great. You have all kinds of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Of course, we loved the late-night visit to the Cheesecake factory. The room was clean, well-decorated and huge compared to other hotels.

After a long and tiring drive, we checked in, then discovered that that the room was ice-cold and the heat didn't work. The front desk refused to give us another room until the maintenance person came and checked it out. When he finally arrived, he confirmed that it was broken and called the front desk to get us another room. The key to the new room didn't work because the wrong room number was written on the key card envelope. But, finally we got a room after more than a half-hour. We were cold the first night because we didn't realize that the thermostat had to be set to the highest temperature in order to get any heat. The next morning, when we went to take showers, we discovered that there was no shower curtain... we hadn't noticed it before because we hadn't closed the bathroom door prior to that. We had an appointment to keep, so we took showers without a shower curtain and put towels on the floor to absorb all of the water that splashed out. The front desk was of little help, other than to tell us that she would contact the manager who wasn't there. We found a housekeeper in the hall and showed her what happened, and to her credit, she quickly cleaned up the mess, apparently took a shower curtain from an unoccupied room, installed it, and fixed that problem. The breakfast was very skimpy... no hot breakfast, no fresh fruit, no sweet rolls. They blamed it on the pandemic, but the two other Choice hotels in Texas that we stayed in during the same week had full buffet breakfasts. Attention to detail seems to be lacking. There was an ugly carpet stain in the carpet in our room, the screen on the window was dislodged, there was a big dent in the wall, and of course, the missing shower curtain. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was in a good location, although there is traffic noise from the nearby freeway. It is difficult to find if you are coming from the east and not familiar with the area. Prior to the pandemic, I was a diamond elite Choice Privileges member for about 15 consecutive years, so I have hundreds of other Choice hotels to compare this experience to, and I would rank it near the bottom of the Comfort Suites brand.

I travel a bit for work and at times have issues getting a good nights sleep . I don’t know what mattresses are used here but I slept very well. I’m actually going to call about that. The staff overall was very nice and helpful, however the valet guy I think his name is Zack, suggested some entertainment/ restaurant options and the few I’d gotten to try were great. Definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you.
