Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Traralgon

We had a lovely experience at Big 4 Traralgon from the time we arrived until our departure the next day. Our cabin was very clean when we arrived. We relaxed straight away and decided to have a BBQ dinner so wandered down to the BBQ area and met and lovely gentleman cooking his families dinner. The it was our turn and once again the BBQ area was clean and made it easy for 2 elderly women to use the BBQ. Simply a button press. The beds were very soft and comfortable and so to were the pillow. The overall experience was very pleasurable and we were disappointed we didn't have more time to use more of the facilities like the pool and mini golf. So much for people to do there like ride bikes, go carts, train ride, ropes course, trampoline, mini golf etc.

Nice new Hotel. Too bad you can't open the windows. The display for operating the A/C looks very modern and simple. However, you could only choose the temperature and no other options. great that a laundry is offered. however, it does not appear to be well maintained. the washing machine was quite dirty. Not only was the dryer super dirty, but the drum was also damaged. The whole laundry room does not make a very neat impression. Pity.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite di due camere per 2 notti con i nostri due ragazzi (3 anni e 1 anno). Questo è probabilmente il più insolito di una camera di 2 letto che abbiamo incontrato. Mi chiedo se la camera posteriore sia stata aggiunta in successive riparazioni? Abbiamo trovato un po' difficile, perché la camera dei bambini è la camera frontale con cucina e bagno. La camera principale posteriore ha una propria TV e una vista stupenda sul campo del Golfo. Esso è in realtà una bella camera, pulita e bello. C'è un vecchio (datato) tipo di giardino interno tra la stanza anteriore e la stanza posteriore, ma non ho idea perché nessuno si sarebbe messo in guardia di quel spazio quando si può sedersi dietro che si guarda il campo del Golfo. Abbiamo trasferito la caldaia nella stanza posteriore per mantenere il rumore al minimo per i nostri figli. Ci siamo anche goditi la piscina entrambe le sera dopo cena (pulita, grande temperatura) e ci dovremmo e saremmo tutti pronti a dormire prima che il nostro 1 anno di età andasse a letto, quindi significava la notte presto! Abbiamo fatto questo solo per ridurre la possibilità che i nostri figli si svegliano ogni volta che andiamo in bagno o in frigorifero per il latte o per fare un tè/caffe', eccetera. In generale, ci piaceva il nostro soggiorno, la piscina era grande, i letti erano comodi (soft), era pulito, le camere da bagno sono state ristrutturate e le viste dalla camera posteriore sono belle. È stato anche tranquillo (Camera 18) Tuttavia, la disposizione è un po' strano, quindi i gruppi di famiglia o i gruppi di 4 devono davvero considerare se sono felici di avere persone passeggiate attraverso la camera con letti singoli per usare il bagno o la cucina.

The room was nicely furnished, very clean. Bed and pillows super comfy. Free wifi was fast and reliable. The couple/owners at reception were lovely and their cat Mia is super cute! Parking was free, no issues with space. Very easy walk into the middle of town. Free breakfast is provided, we didn't have it so not sure how good it is. Only gripes are not much hot water in the shower (my shower went cold in the middle of it after my partner had showered), and the place was noisy - room not soundproof at all, we heard so much noise from outside which was really annoying. We only stayed one night so let it go.

Wonderful hotel, clean and roomy. Beds were very soft & well used probably due for an upgrade but I slept alright. The room was quiet and no hooning could be heard from our room… as has been the norm on our others stays at Taralgon, so we would definitely stay here again for that reason alone 😆 Would have absolutely loved a bigger Tv as you had to lay in bed to watch and it was so far away… third world problems I know ! The little table/desk they had in the room had only one chair so we couldn’t eat dinner at the table Together either, but that was only a small inconvenience. Had dinner in the restaurant the first night, we were waited on wonderfully by Kavid who was nothing but friendly and accommodating, our dinner was delicious no complaints at all… large serving sizes. Breakfast was nice and large too. Will definitely call this our motel for the next time we visit. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Amazing time with family in this 2 bedroom unit !

Just a perfect old-style motel. Everything worked. The room was comfortable, ditto shower and toilet. I slept exceedingly well. No Maintenance issues. Payment was arranged in advance. Just a good old-fashioned key to receive and return after a comfortable stay.

We stayed in this hotel because, it was the only one available. Cost wise it was average. Quality wise it was perhaps a little below average but, it was fairly clean and no blocked shower, vanity or toilet which was a relief.it was however very noisy from other people who were staying there all the way up till 12am. Facility were also down as the fridge and air-conditioner did not work, it q Was very old and broken. Other than that it was ok.

The Best western is situated just off the Main Highway, almost drove past it. There is ample parking in front of each room, the checkin was quick and simple, but most of all the quality and cleanliness of the room surprised us. There was a mini fridge with several cartons of milk, as well as a microwave. The room was a reasonable size with a sofa, writing desk and chair The linen was fresh and spotless the bed was also comfortable. The bathroom had a large jacuzzi bath with shower overhead, the usual amenities included. For a 1 night stop over from a long days drive you couldn’t go wrong staying here, 5 minutes walk from the centre of town as well.
